I definitely got Rankd

Prompt, friendly, incredibly helpful and great value comparative to the XP and levels I have been able to gain on Wardogs. If I ever decide to diversify and level up other ranks, I wouldn't consider anyone else.

Hi Kaan, thanks for the honest review, and I'm sorry - you paid for 100k Gyldenblod and we didn't deliver it. That's on us. The supplier assigned to your order couldn't complete it, and you should have heard from us the moment that happened rather than having to chase.

You were refunded in full on 13 September - it'll be back on your original payment method within a few days.

You're also right that our timing wording wasn't clear enough. The "~30 min" on the product page is how long the trade takes once it starts, not when it starts. We've since reworded it, and every game page now says plainly that if we can't fulfil an order, we tell you and refund you in full - no chasing.

I've also emailed you directly. If there's anything else, I'm at admin@getrankd.gg.

Alexander, GetRankd
