Ordered the ultrasonic toothbrush a few months ago, sadly it broke after a few months of using it and I got in touch and they sent me a brand new one, couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The teeth whitening powder is great and I love my toothbrush and scale and polish set! Amazing product and customer service:)

A complete SCAM company
A complete SCAM company.
Product is cheap plastic, works extremely poorly. "Customer service" are difficult to get hold off. Had to go via a PayPal claim. When they do respond, they are rude and condescending and purposely make the returns process as difficult as possible.
Thankfully, we are covered by PayPal and all they need is a tracking number to prove the item has been returned to the scam artists at Smirk.
Absalute shameful business.

Original tooth cleaner and brightening powder
I brought the original tooth cleaner ages ago. Still works, but I have lost the charger. Used in lockdown initially when dentists closed. Also used the teeth brightening powder. Both work well. I do not use in place of a dental hygienist, but inbetween annual appointment with hygienist to help remove plaque.

Bought the tooth cleaner pro believing…
Bought the tooth cleaner pro believing the fake reviews and fake testimonials.
Please be very aware that this product does very little for teeth, it's about as powerful as a wind up child's toy, it's got no where near enough power to get results.
Unless you had super thick build up of gunk in your teeth in which case maybe, but at that point you'd have gum disease etc and woukd need to go to the dentist.
If you think this will descale your teeth like a hygienists/dentists, it won't. It's too fiddly to do it yourself for a start, the bit to do the flat part of your tooth does literally nothing. The powder might work if used long enough but the tooth cleaner is just a glorified normal toothbrush, ive used it daily - no change.
My teeth aren't bad but they do have a yellow tinge to them which I was hoping this would help but sadly just a gimmick.
The majority of people will get zero results from this tool.
There's alot of false advertising here in general.
Even the reviews don't add up - on here (trustpilot website) their score is 3.7/5 yet on smirks website they have 4.5/5 also from trustpilot.
With zero refunds if you've used the product. What a scam. So if the product does not work, which it doesnt, you cant get your money back. Way to believe in your product.
Avoid.

Poor Quality
Poor Quality. Certainly not in line with claims made on the website . I will most likely take this to the advertising authority and report to authorities.
I was so excited to receive. But it's poor quality and overly shakes and intermittent cuts out, likely due to the poor design, is my guess. It's not fit for purpose.
Taking the different heads off, it tricky and I can imagine they would snap in no time, given the low quality plastic. Don't waste your money.
It was only delivered 24 hours ago. I wrote within 24 hours of receiving my delivery. Ive been asked to send a video and they can replace. I just want my money back as it's not fit for purpose. But I have a feeling this could be a circus to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend, but I will seek escalation.

Dreadful product
Smirk. It’s pretty blatantly appropriate as brand names go.
Dreadful product. Poorly designed, ineffectual, far less effective than the equivalent tools from Boots at £4.50. Really cheaply made.
I am really disappointed and would like my money back. I intend to go to the Advertising Standards Authority because it is so bad.
I used this once and even on very small superficially stained areas with a little plaque it did absolutely nothing. I tried for about an hour to get used to the device and it constantly switching speeds; it was turning itself on and off, as I (basically) stroked my teeth with a metal tool that clearly wasn’t doing anything and listened to the motor working overtime (and noisily) to power nothing at all.
I wish I had read the reviews prevously and I find the ‘amazing’ reviews highly suss.
This smacks of a prototype that never passed any testing.

Absolutely obsessed with my Boost max…
Absolutely obsessed with my Boost max kit and the teeth whitening powder . My teeth have came up shades whiter feel so and it leave you teeth feeling extra clean too, best combo!! Will definitely be buying the PAP pro whitening powder once I run out to try. 100% recommend

AVOID
I have used the brush, scalers and powder for more than two weeks and seen absolutely no change.
The quality of the brush is so poor that I have started to doubt the authenticity of the Trustpilot reviews.
This is what I wrote to them originally, and even after regular use for 2 weeks, nothing has changed.
1. Cleaner - it's not easy to change the settings on it or turn it off. It doesn't work when hands are wet and sometimes the sensor is too sensitive.
2. Scalers are absolutely ineffective; they don't do anything and without instructions, they are quite risky to use, especially in the inside of the mouth. (Still useless with instructions via email)
3. Brush - is poor quality and no match for the current product I have
4. Whitening powder shows no difference after nearly a week. (Several weeks now)

Save your money pay for a professional hygienist instead .
I have recently purchased . I charged unit for 3 hours as required . As a toothbrush it works but as a descaler ? My own electric toothbrush has more power so I feel disappointed I have basically paid for another electric toothbrush that I didn't need . The whitening powder did leave my teeth and mouth feeling really fresh. However after 5 mins of total use the battery died. I ordered from Facebook.

I’ve got the ultrasonic cleaner + teeth…
I’ve got the ultrasonic cleaner + teeth brightening powder - I LOVE them!
Used the powder 3 times and already noticed a difference in my teeth being brighter and whiter.
Definitely recommend - really good for sensitive teeth also.

No sensitivity and noticeable results
I used the boost max kit. Only used for 7 days so far and can already notice it's lifting the stains (I drink 2-3 coffees/ teas daily) which I'm pleased with.
Also it's not caused my teeth to become sensitive either which I'm happy about.
Would recommend.

I really do trust in any Smirk product
I really do trust in any Smirk product, from the PAP Whitening Powder to the Ultrasonic tooth cleaner pro I know their products are guaranteed to make my smile whiter! My favourite product is the PAP Powder, being non abrasive, tasting like mint and whitening my teeth after just one use, I will always recommend smirk to someone on their teeth whitening journey, it is an all time favourite brand of mine.
