Purchased my refurbished iPhone from them 18 months ago ,it’s still under guarantee but is glitching ,shutting didn’t etc ,many failed attempts to make contact ,phone rings out ,no reply to email I’ve had no success.Originally I purchased from them as they were based in Cork but now wish I hadn’t ,After doing some investigation they are still trading under other names & registered in Ireland but have left so many customers like me in limbo .so unprofessional & un business like ,any recourse?

Purchased two phones from Get Tech over the last few years. Had an issue with last phone which was still under guarantee. I did manage to make contact in July and returned the phone to them per their instructions. I have had no response from them since and of course cannot contact either by phone or email. Deplorable after sales service!!

The Phone I purchased from GetTech developed an issue, I've been trying to get in contact with them for a couple of months to get it fixed, no response what-so-ever and no help.
Customer service is non-existent with GetTech.

Tried to buy iPhone through Pigsback.com GetTech redeemed the voucher for 249.98 on 10/08/23 and I haven’t had a confirmation email or any contact from them. I have rang their Cork number 50 times and emailed through the Pigsback message service and still haven’t received a response on 04/09/23 They are useless and no customer service Will never shop here again and will encourage anyone I know to do likewise.

In data 25/06/2023 ho acquistato sul sito di Refurbed un iPhone Xr, 64gb, corallo che mi e’ stato inviato dal partner venditore GetTech. Sembrava molto bello e perfettamente funzionante ma, dopo circa un mese, si sono mostrati alcuni gravi difetti ed ho deciso di restituirlo. Attraverso Refurbed ho ricevuto da GeTech l’etichetta per la restituzione del prodotto che ho inviato tramite corriere DHL il giorno 26/07/2023.
Ma, alla destinazione indicata sull’etichetta, il corriere non ha trovato il destinatario corrispondente. E GetTech, nonostante i vari solleciti documentati, non ha mai fornito risposta e/o chiarimenti in merito.
In data 16/08/2023, preoccupato per una possibile truffa, ho chiesto assistenza direttamente a Refurbed che, oltre a scusarsi per l’accaduto ed il disagio arrecatomi, ha immediatamente messo a disposizione un assistente personale che in soli 2 giorni mi ha fatto ottenere il rimborso completo dell'infelice acquisto.
In conclusione, per ottenere il rimborso ho dovuto sollecitare più volte ed aspettare 2 mesi. E questo è stato veramente irritante.
Pertanto, non consiglio di acquistare da questo venditore GetTech.

Description was correct, delivery in time!

The phone I ordered is great. No complaints at all.

The delivery was a little hectic. Phone arrived to a distant neighbour down the road without them knowing it was there, resulting in the phone spending the night outside,
luckily my neighbour's bin was due to be put out the following morning so they found rhe package. Obviously this is an issue with the courier however the customer service team from GetTech still have not replied to me or my ambassador from refurbed.ie.

Anyway it all worked out ok

I got a reconditioned iPhone 11 and it’s like new and not had a problem since I got it.
I had slight problem with delivery but this was problems with a third party and the girl who worked there was most helpful.

Delighted with the phone and a great price

Very helpful staff. I had a minor issue and they were able to advise me promptly. Phone arrived next day after ordered. It is exactly as was described. I highly recommend this company.
