We need to clarify that we are a UK-based pharmacy operating via gettrim.co.uk, and we do not take payments in US dollars or operate in the United States. We are not affiliated with any company selling products in USD or any business named Trim RX.

From the details provided, it appears this may relate to a different company. This review has been left in error and does not relate to our UK pharmacy service, we kindly ask that you remove it, as it may mislead other patients seeking safe, regulated care.

I hope you’re doing well and that your journey is going really positively so far.

The small amount of liquid left in the pen at the end is known as “overage.” This is intentionally included by the manufacturer, Eli Lilly, to allow for proper priming of the pen and ensure each full dose is delivered accurately. It’s a standard feature across all Mounjaro pens worldwide and isn’t something that can be altered at pharmacy level.

We completely understand how this can be confusing if it’s not been explained clearly, so I really appreciate you highlighting it.

If you feel your experience with our service has been positive overall, it would mean a great deal to us if you’d consider updating your review to reflect that.
