Good all round advice, efficient and tidy workmen and no quibbles about one necessary replacement pane.

From first phone call to installation that all processes very good and very pleased with windows and installation team.

I replaced all the glass in the windows due to previous UV issues with fogging and misting and had two composite doors fitted, a front door and a rear stable door.
David, who measured all up was professional and understanding of our needs at every stage and nothing was too much bother, he guided us at every stage and delivered to the time schedules he set.
His fitting team were tidy with no mess and they delivered to the exact dates scheduled.
Every person involved were eager to help and nothing seemed like too much trouble to them. David in particular took lots of time to deliver just what we wanted and to answer even our most silly questions.
I would have no problems using Getty Glass again or recommending Getty Glass to anyone using this company

Had two doors fitted. Very satisfied with the product. Fitters done a very good job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The call handlers were polite and as helpful as they could be. However, communication after the call handlers needs improvement.

I had a very good service, just recently got a new front door fitted. All went smoothly, turned up as expected, the guys who did the fitting were tidy too. I will be ordering windows at some point and will be using Getty again.

When Davy called to measure up he was thorough in explanations and measuring.

David and his team are experts in what they do - they worked exactly to our brief and budget, and from first survey to turnaround we had install complete within 6-weeks. Our project wasn't a standard domestic install, and is in a heavily used busy building, and the install was seamless with minimal disruption - we wouldn't even have known the team had been there as the install was so efficient and tidy. Thank you!

Getty Glass installed new french doors for me. They were competitively priced and very easy to work with. At the initial visit I was told it would be around October/November when the doors would be installed so was delighted they gave me a date in September once I had confirmed. The guys installing the doors did a great job with very little mess and everything cleared up afterwards.

Experienced workers with good knowledge of the requirements of the job. Friendly and efficient service, including changing their schedule in consideration of my circumstances when there was a death in the family. Payment on completion of the work added reassurance.

I contacted the company and they made an appointment and kept to it. The workman measured, gave me a price and even adjusted one window for me. The price seemed very reasonable so I agreed to purchase two panes and the guys came when expected and the work was completed within 30 minutes. I was impressed and wouldnt hesitate to use the company again.

Getty Glass replaced a door for me under the 10 year warranty that came with the door. The guys took great care in fitting the new door so that it worked well with the existing lock and key. I gave them only 4 stars as at times, I found communications and replies to telephone calls and emails needed chasing a lot of times but we got there in the end.

I had a service call out on 12/01 this year, the installer agreed with the problems. Today, 9/8, the issues have still not been resolved

Despite several messages and even more phone calls, this company have failed to get back to me. Yet another NI company that care not for providing a professional service to customers.

My request was for my own home, not my business or a client. If you had taken the time to call me back you would have found that out. Your response is a poor and incorrect excuse.

Non-existent customer service
Issue with locking mechanism on door fitted by Getty Glass a number of years ago.
Got a prompt response to initial email asking for service call, sent photos as requested, told it would need to be chased with provider over a month ago.
Follow-up emails ignored, calls go to a general call handling centre. Nothing from Getty.

I had 9 windows and 1 door fitted. .Fitters arrived on planned date took 4 days. Cleaned up After them every day took all rubbish with them. Well pleased with the work could not be more pleased.

Sliding door fitted in June 25, all seemed positive, had to chase for dates etc initially but then when installed, there was a crack on the inside panel of glass and a large scratch on the inner plastic panel of the door - both pointed out to the installer who agreed to let office know. Plasterer didn't come out until a couple of days later and over 2 days to plaster a small area. Then the timber sill being installed cracked the plaster and he'd to come out again (now 5 days of being home for work to be completed despite being told 1 when quoted!!) Chased up by phone few days later ref the crack and scratch, took a few weeks before being told the glass would be replaced - so another day off work to receive a call that it had smashed in the van and would be rescheduled. More chasing for a date and then when the glass was finally replaced, we asked again about the plastic scratch thinking it was to be done at the same time and we were assured it would be "an easy fix" and they'd be in touch. After MONTHS of unreturned calls and messages, we logged a complaint which was finally answered claiming it was notified 19 days after installation (which was the first time we chased by whats app considering it'd been flagged to installer and over the phone!) so they're now shirking responsibility! Cowboys! Rude and extremely poor customer service!
