The advertisement is a big LIE ! The same ad is under different names, Wuffy, Waggy and Wiggy in the name. Same advertisement exactly claiming it's an AI robot dog. It is NOT! IT IS A CHEAP TOY JUST LIKE THEY SOLD IN SWAP MEETS FOR $5.00. IT JUST WALKS AROUND WITH A LOUD MOTOR NOISE AND YAPS. DOES NOT DO WHAT THE AD SAYS AND DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT THE AD SHOWS. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY BY BUYING THIS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND MAD.

I sent an email and requested a refund and I did receive an immediate response, because it was an automated reply. I emailed the reasons I requested a refund and conveniently the order number or email address could not be found (even though the email I was corresponding with is the same email I used to order).
The item is cute enough, smaller than I expected, but definitely not AI. It requires two batteries and as soon as the switch is turned on, it squeaks (like a dog toy) and walks. It doesn’t stop unless it is turned off. This robot dog is NOT worth buying at all! It’s cheaply made and is not anything like what is depicted in the advertisement. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

I thought I was purchasing the item from an Australian site. I didn’t request additional see the word Australia in the ad. I also thought the price was going to be $29.99 but even in US dollars the price was different. I also never asked for additional warranty for the item. I would suggest to make it absolutely clear the price in AU dollars and also not automatically add warranty at an extra cost.

Leider war das gelieferte Teil mehr als enttäuschend,im Vergleich zum Bild und Video im Shop.
Ich beschwerte mich und bat um Rücknahme des Artikels .
Der Support reagierte sehr schnell.
ich erhielt genauso Anweisungen und die Erstattung erfolgte problemlos .
Den Versand bezahlte ich selbst ( also Augen auf und Kleingedrucktes lesen beim Online Kauf )

Ordering was quite simple. Price was amazing. Am very pleased that payment was available through PayPal so processing was quick and efficient. Now just to wait for delivery.

They took ownership of the problem ( non delivery of item) and promptly sent out a replacement

Ich habe irrtümlich eine Bestellung getätigt und über PayPal gezahlt. Nachdem den Fehler bemerkt habe, bat ich um sofortige Stornierung.
Dem wurde ohne Probleme stattgegeben, die Rückzahlung sofort veranlasst.
So etwas erlebt man wirklich selten. Ich danke dem Team. Wünsche ihnen frohe Ostern.
