So they completely got my entire order wrong but when I contacted them regarding the issue they were very very prompt on getting back to me. I was very impressed and they refunded me my entire order with no questions no problems. So with that being said, their customer service skills are excellent they just didn't get my order right

I placed 2 order one on nov 17th and on 19th. I did receive the 1st order but late though. I did not received my 2nd order. I tried to reach customer support so many times via email and also in Instagram as there is no telephone number and I did not hear back anything from support.

Order came from China not from USA. Had to pay 41€ taxes even the website tells tax are included. Nobody is answering my questions per email.
