I submitted a ticket and received 3 responses from supposed to be 3 different names - not even sure these are low end AI's or real people with no tech support abilities.

I seriously wonder if they actually have any real person with their own product knowledge working there. I tried to follow their product troubleshoot guides, but most of the times, they are linking articles that do not exist on their website any more.
they used to have their support numbers on their website, but not anymore. seems like they try to make it impossible for their customers to reach their non existing tech support.
Customer has had GFi Archiver for sometime, required support logged call Last Thursday, Saturday another automated response, chased twice today (admittedly UK time). but again no response.
the option to Escalate does not work so that's convenient.
Will be looking for another product as soon as I'm able to and work a way out. no support no purchase I'm afraid.
Just to update after asking for update on the call three times and again trying to raise the urgency all I was another automated response:
