HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
BEWARE of this company. Would give this below zero stars if possible. Items listed on sale CANNOT be returned. They lied to us on the phone and told me it could be returned. The marketing on their site is deliberately unclear. I found this couch very uncomfortable as the wooden frame can be felt even despite the cushioning. Dealing with them has been a nightmare they denied telling me contradictory information over the phone. AVOID at all costs unless you don’t mind buying an expensive couch with no possibility of refund.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
This order was placed during a promotional sale, and as outlined in our return policy, discounted items are final sale. This policy is accessible to customers both before and at checkout and applies to all sales purchases.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our sofas are constructed with a feather and foam cushion system designed to prevent contact with the internal frame, and the experience described is not typical based on feedback from most customers. Because the sofa had only been set up for one day, we provided guidance to remove the cushions from the covers and allow them time to fully expand, as they are shipped compressed and require time to reach their intended comfort level. We also offered additional filling as a goodwill measure to improve comfort.
We do not have any record of our team advising that this specific discounted item would be returnable, and all staff follow the same return policy. While we regret the frustration caused, the written policy accepted at checkout governs the transaction.
We aim to be transparent and fair with all customers and remain available to assist within the terms of our policy.
The best couch ever!
The couch has been very good for the past year and a half and is extremely comfortable. It is so comfortable that I sometimes fall asleep on it, the customer service was friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. I have already recommended this company to my friends and would definitely suggest ordering from them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We are really happy to hear that your couch has stayed extremely comfortable even after a year and a half of use and that you had a positive experience with our customer service team. It means a lot to us that you have already recommended us to your friends and would suggest ordering from us. Couch is great
Couch is great, feels super durable as well as being comfortable. Very appealing to the eyes as well. Customer service felt like I was working with a private interior stylist which was very cool. Shipping was extremely fast, surprisingly and unexpectedly fast, every piece was delivered on the same day 3 days after I placed the order… Barry Alan fast. Couch is great, I like that I can remove and machine wash the fabric and even order replacement with custom fabric and color requests.

We’re really happy to hear you’re loving both the couch and the experience. “Private interior stylist” is honestly one of the best compliments we could get, that’s exactly how we try to treat every customer.
And Barry Allen fast delivery made our day 😂 We’re glad everything arrived quickly and all together, that’s always the goal.
Also great to hear you’re enjoying the washable covers and customization options. That flexibility is a big part of why we designed the sofa the way we did.
Thank you again for the support, it truly means a lot to us. If you ever need extra covers, pieces, or anything at all, we’ve got you.
Great cloud couch!
The couch we received was exactly what we envisioned for our basement. It was easy to assemble, and even easier to rearrange for a variety of formats. It is really comfortable. Would recommend GH2 to anyone looking to purchase a modular couch!

This is awesome to hear, thank you so much for the kind words.
We’re really happy the couch turned out exactly how you pictured it for your basement. That’s the best feeling. Easy setup and being able to rearrange it into different layouts is exactly what we designed it for, so it’s great to hear that part is working well for you too.
Thank you for recommending GH2, that honestly means a lot to us. If you ever need extra pieces, covers, or want to switch up the layout down the road, just let us know.
Great product for the money
Great product for the money. Our 2 small dogs love the couch and the covers are extremely easy to clean and look new after each wash (we bought a white couch). Very comfortable material and cushion fill, can rearrange the couch super easily. The storage ottoman is great as well. Tall guy approved.

We love hearing that even with two small dogs and a white couch, the covers are holding up and looking new after each wash. That’s exactly what they’re made for. Super glad you’re enjoying the comfort and how easy it is to rearrange the setup too.
Also “tall guy approved” is a huge win for us 😄 and happy to hear the storage ottoman is coming in handy as well.
Thank you again for the support and for trusting us with your space. If you ever need extra covers, pieces, or anything at all, we’re always here.

1- Comfort/money = the quality you get is impressive. The most comfortable couch ever. The combination of materials is just genius and you can tell it will last long by the fabric. The fabric washes perfectly too ✨
2- CUSTOMER SERVICE above and beyond pleased with these people and their friendly service!

We’re really happy you’re loving both the comfort and the value. Hearing “most comfortable couch ever” is huge for us, and you’re absolutely right about the material combination and fabric durability. We put a lot of thought into making sure it would last and still feel great, and it’s awesome to hear how well the fabric washes too ✨
Thank you as well for the kind words about our customer service. We genuinely try to treat every customer with care and make the experience feel easy and personal, so knowing that came through really makes our day.
I absolutely love my cloud couch
I absolutely love my cloud couch! It's so comfy, stylish, and also extremely affordable compared to what's on the market. You can configure them how you like, and toss the coverings in the wash if needed. I couldn't ask for more but they even come in different colours as well if you get bored. I got some accent pillows on my white couch.. definitely feels like I'm in the clouds after resting from a long day. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Very fast delivery speed!
I was really surprised by the delivery speed! We ordered last night and had the sofa arrive today. Just set it up, was a simple assembly, just me and my wife, and we got it done in less than an hour. The couch looks and feels great, my wife hasn't left the couch since we built it lol.
