Marc is a top bloke who really cares about people. He very kindly supported us with great infrared heaters when we lost heating. Him and his team communicated very well with us and are very prompt in responding. We highly recommend him and his team!

GHS fitted a heat exchange system for our charity venue, they undertook an inspection in the hot weather and found we had accidentally blocked an outlet. Mark and his colleague spent time checking everything, including working in a very confined space in very hot weather. They were thorough, explained everything patiently and left our venue spotless. We always find GHS to be efficient, knowledgeable and professional

Customer service by phone offered 'special' offer to service my gas space heaterfor $249. Tradie arrived to tell me rhat it would be $943. Basic dishonest rip off. Avoid at all costs!! Following through radio talk back and Consumer Affairs.
Interesting rhat that this site does not publish low star reports. Why not??

GHS failed to keep today's appointment and have not contacted me to say why. We have used them for ten years and this keeps happening. Loyalty counts for nothing with this outfit.

I called Marc at GHS yesterday afternoon as I had no heating following a follow up boiler check up by the company who installed it. Despite not installing the boiler, he talked me through various checks I could make until we eventually identified and rectified the problem.

I recently had to call GHS (our go to gas engineers) with a boiler issue. After explaining the problem they said ‘your boiler should still be under warranty! Sure enough it was! GHS explained what they thought the problem was & what to say to Vaillant boilers.
Problem fixed under warranty & £29 paid for a small part!
Not only did GHS do themselves out of business but kept me as a customer because of their Great Honest Service & great work!
Always very impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to safety. Overall, we have always had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this gas engineer for any heating or gas-related needs.

I approached GHS for advice about infrared heating systems and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the new tech. They went out of their way to help and weren’t just looking for a ‘quick sale’.

Avoid any of the companies linked to this business. They do not pay there staff or suppliers leaving many people out of pocket to the tune of thousands of pounds

Our boiler was on it's last legs, we had just had our first baby and couldn't afford to replace it. Marc and his team at GHS have managed to fix it with some new parts which should give it another few years of life and all the parts and labour were covered under our maintenance plan with them, so nothing to pay! Very happy indeed!

GHS are the best! I have never found a company more honest and reliable. Me and all my family use them to maintain all the boilers and heating at our properties and our company offices.

I have used GHS 3 times now for 3 different properties. One was full a full central heating replacement, another for a boiler service report and thirdly for an emergency boiler call out. I would not use anybody else. Once you find a company that are responsive and give excellent service why would I look elsewhere and waste my time when they give me everything I require.
