I had two problems with a Giant Propel…
I had two problems with a Giant Propel cycle I purchased in 2016. This resulted in the cycle frame being replaced twice. The store has been an absolute pleasure to deal with on both occasions. I can't rate them highly enough! Phil in the workshop rules!
