We can’t explain how happy my we are with the service we received from Gibbon’s removals. We moved one week before Christmas and the team on the day Jo, Arthur, and Liam were incredible. They were truly professional and experts in their field and nothing was too much bother. They called on the morning to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. All our belongings were looked after with great care and to the highest standard. I can’t thank the team enough, they made a stressful day feel seamless with a good few laughs along the way and settled us into our new home great. Leading up to the move the communication was great throughout with Rob, Ryan, and Connor. They offer a dismantle and reassemble service which was organised beforehand and the team did this perfectly on the day. We would recommend Gibbons Removals to anyone without a second thought, and although we don’t plan on moving soon, we will be in contact with them should we need their services again! Well worth the money. The service was fantastic, so helpful answering al my questions and always quick to respond. The guys on day of move so friendly, polite and professional, really very skilled knew exactly what they were doing! I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I cannot thank Gibbons removals enough for the amazing company they are. It is unusual to find people who actually care about your personal circumstances these days….until you meet Rob! From day one he made us feel at ease. His level of patience is beyond human. Our sale and purchase completion dates changed twice last minute and Rob was always able to reassure us and accommodate new dates for us. On the day everything was stress free. Joe, Jack and Liam were absolute stars, friendly, professional and a pleasure to have around. The prices are super competitive and you will not find anyone better anywhere! My friend used Gibbons 2 weeks after me and she was over the moon too. Search no more…these are your guys!

Good communication throughout, from reviewing what was needed to be moved to the morning of moving where they called to say they were on their way. Everything was packed very carefully and the guys were very respectful and polite.

The service was lovely and efficient! And the staffs were very professional and friendly!

and treated every piece of furniture as if it was their own, they did the whole move seamlessly from start to finish and were very quick indeed especially as the move was into a high rise flat, we could not have been more pleased, would recommend to anyone

They moved us from a very large house no problems at all our new home was really tight for the vans but the lads managed really well . They packed the kitchen up amazingly well and nothing was damaged at all . Throughly recommend then.

Right from the start, communication was excellent. They came out to see the house to give an honest, accurate quote including boxes and bubble wrap. Everyone was friendly and professional and, honestly, it’s the best money we’ve ever spent. Couldn’t have done it without them. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish we had 5 star service from Gibbons Removals. It began with the initial quotation visit from Rob, who was so approachable informative and an excellent communicator - Rob stayed in touch with us from then up to the moving day, checking in on us by phone and sorting extra boxes at very late notice from us !
On the day of removals Joe, Carl, Jack and Liam arrived bright and early and got cracking straight away with a smile on their faces throughout. They worked really well as a team , and were so polite, respectful and helpful- we downsized to a smaller house and they helped us plan where to store all our extra stuff ! No grumbles moans from them, they were just great fun to be around as they moved our precious belongings from our old house to our new home. We would highly recommend Gibbons Removals -they provided a top class service at very reasonable rates, and they made a potentially stressful day into a positive experience. Thank you Rob and team!!

Amazing service!!
They took all the stress and worry out of moving house. Really understandable and were very flexible around the changing dates of completion. From the minute I contacted Rob I was given professional and helpful service, listening to all my needs and reassuring me about the move. The team that arrived bang on 8am as they said they would and were so efficient. We just sat back whilst they loaded up the vans. They were really polite and respectful. laying down floor protection and wrapping the bulky items in protective covers to ensure they stayed clean and to prevent any damage during transit. Once we had the keys to the new house they emptied out the contents of the vans, asking which room we wanted each box. This was massively helpful when it came to unpacking the boxes. They were so efficient with dismantling bulky furniture and reassembling it in our chosen location. Honestly, if you are looking to move house please use this company- We couldn't find a better price and the service was 10/10! Thank you again!

Used Gibbons to move us from Anglesey to Cornwall and as this being a ling distance move I was worried about the logistics. Gibbons took the stress of the actual move away providing a great price for the move and a great team who moved all of our items with care. Even when we had a delay (solicitors!!!), Rob made great efforts to accommodate the last minute change of date. My whole experience from pricing the job to the actual move with Gibbons was positive and communication from Rob and Carl was excellent. The team of guys that came to do the move are friendly and accommodating and are a credit to Gibbons. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gibbons to make your house move less stressful.

Rob moved us from London to Birkenhead (and a second drop at our daughter in New Brighton)...he is also moving us again in a few weeks (both in Birkenhead this time).....
