I was happy with the gift baskets…
I was happy with the gift baskets however no gift cards were attached to the baskets, so the departments had no idea who they were from! If the instructions didn’t make sense I would have thought after spending over $200 you would have contacted the buyer to clarify. Disappointed.

Hi Joyce, Sorry to hear you have been disappointed with us. I have had a look through your email with our team and I can see that you were disappointed with the basket that you ordered. We try our very best to list and describe all items included in every basket that we stock so we do apologise if this was in any way unclear or misleading. We have to factor in various hidden costs with every basket that is also incorporated within the price. We do apologise that you were not satisfied with the basket and over emails our team tried to offer you all options available in order to send it back to us or offer some form of compensation. All the best - GiftBasket Team.

Hi Douglas, our sincere apologies in regards to your order arriving one day earlier than requested. There have been severe delays Australia Wide and have been advised by our courier company to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. This is something we have been advising our customers of at the checkout stating our delivery date calendar is to only serve as a guide and that orders may be sent out earlier in efforts to counteract these delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. While the majority do prefer to receive the gifts earlier rather than later, I understand if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you.
Perfect
Perfect! Couldn’t be happier with the service and packing! Brilliant gift! Thankyou
