I had a faulty product and both the store and online phone team were great at organising a replacement/refund. Very prompt and efficient friendly service you dont get much of these days

Gave me a second hand item
Gave me a second hand item. Firstly it arrived broken. Got a replacement in the mail and that one came used!!! Not happy at all. Delivery was fast though and drivers were lovely can’t fault them.
