The site is relatively easy to use, but there are a few quirks. Fortunately, Mike Sommers, one of the IT support people, was super-helpful in solving my problems!

Our school PTA uses GiftCrowd twice a year to organize group gifts for our amazing teachers and staff, and it has been a fantastic experience each time. We used GiftCrowd twice for our yearly Holiday Fund. Our staff was happy with the process, as they were able to select which gift card (s) they wanted and choose between a physical or e-gift card.
We needed to extend our funding by a month, and Irit was very helpful with the process and created new flyers for us to share. We truly appreciate the service we received. It was simple to set up, simple process for our residents to donate, and made managing the fund stress-free.
