I believe that your gift pack is good value. The problem is that you are using couriers that don't seem to understand what timely delivery service means or service in general. Cheap is not the answer.

The parcel tracking didn’t update at all between the 12th and morning of the 19th and parcel was delivered 3 days late.

The website gives a delivery date but is not the actual delivery date, they will send the parcel to the post and then to the destination. I was sending a birthday gift and I did not arrived on that day, I am still trying track the parcel, sent a email to the website asking for help and they never replied.

Hi, this was an easy site to navigate. The postal delivery was better than on time. I accidentally put the incorrect date for delivery (a week later than it needed to arrive) and did not notice until I had completed the transaction. But a quick message to Gift Genie and they promptly responded and corrected my error.

Really happy with contents in basket and company very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely use again!

These gift boxes are great as they hold a variety of items and you can add other products to personalize it to suit any occasion or make your own personalized gift box! Great website to use, I used my phone and it was super easy to navigate. I would definitely purchase again! Also love the handwritten note option, it makes for a genuinely thought out gift :)
