the product quality and the customer service

I ordered three T-shirts and I’m really happy with my purchase. The material feels great, and the print quality is excellent. I accidentally placed the order with the wrong address, but after a quick email to customer service, they corrected it and sent the package to the right one without any issues.

I received my order in less than a week. I’m very satisfied with both the product quality and the customer service.

Ordered a top but the fit was way too tight. Support replied the very same day and shipped the correct size immediately. They didn't even make me deal with the hassle of returning the first one. Very good experience.

Cadeau parfait pour ma belle-fille

J'ai pris ce haut pour ma belle-fille pour son allaitement. Elle en est ravie ! Les fermetures sur les côtés sont vraiment pratiques et on ne les remarque même pas. La matière est bien respirante. Un produit très bien pensé.

SCAM! Pleasantly surprised after these reviews scared me

I saw these reviews AFTER, I placed my order, so I started to get nervous about my order never showing up. However, my order showed up in 6 days (in the morning at that)! People were commenting saying the items come from China but when looking at my tracking, it looks like it came from New Jersey haha. The only downside is, I didn’t actually get that tracking information until the items were delivered, and it didn’t come from the Giftify Mama email, it came from a site called Uniexpress Admin. I ordered a sweatshirt, t shirt, & v-neck. They all look like really great quality & I’m excited that it’s cotton!!

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time, going through the mixed reviews I thought I maybe I could be on the side where I had a good experience but nope. Ordered end of Nov & on Jan 2nd it was canceled. Let's see if I get my money back.

Two washes and it's already looking old

Two washes, and letters are already coming off. Besides the low quality, product came from China and took way longer than expected.
Would not recommend, don't waste your money.

Very good quality products

Very good quality products for good prices-love all of them!
The delivery from China to Austria took very long but it was totally worth the wait!

Possible fraudulent/criminal enterprise

No forewarning regarding shipping times in the check out/payment process, expect over three weeks minimum from China. We waited a month so far. Within the UK, at least in the Merseyside region they appear to be using Yodel, who claimed to have attempted delivery on the 22nd of December before returning in to the Huyton service center. We have our first three week baby, one of us is always up and neither of us left the house that day. No one rang or knocked the door, and the product (a Christmas present of some new nursing tops) now appears to be on route to the national sorting office to be returned. Both Yodel and this Companies contact us/service center support are useless, and I’m surprised neither of them have yet reached threshold for criminal investigation.

SLOW and Unreliable

Ordered on 16th December

The store gives no indication that the order will be shipped all the way from CHINA until after you order.

My order has been “Processing” now for more than 2 weeks. No emails from the seller to explain why.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift and is nowhere to be seen. Will never recommend this shop.

Amazing product and better customer service

Very quick delivery from China to Australia. I was expecting much longer delivery time. The customer service team were amazing at getting back to me regarding shipping. Very prompt and friendly service. The products arrived and are super soft and look great. I will definitely be buying more again from here in future

Disappointed in the product

The shirts I ordered are completely see through, so I was planning to return them. After following the directions in their refund policy, they emailed me back with a return address in China which would cost a lot to ship. With how quickly the products arrived to me though, there must be a stateside warehouse somewhere, but they won’t accept returns there.

Overall, cheap see through quality and terrible return options. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Update: the customer service team helped resolve the issue once they heard my complaints. Still disappointed with the product though.
