Customer service via online was good, no real people connection so not real customer service. Product easy to assemble. Not as sturdy as I was hoping, and still usable as it’s in a wardrobe.

I was sent a different brand massager…
I was sent a different brand massager and then they tried to tell me the specifications were the same. Really? They accepted my return but I had to wait almost 2weeks for a return shipping label. I was then told they would process my refund once I provided the Auspost receipt confirming the item was sent. When the receipt was provided they then said the item had to arrive at the warehouse. DO NOT BUY from this company. Very poor customer experience BEWARE very unprofessional and sneaky. I will report them to Fair trading

I ordered a CerviLux™ Electric Massager…
I ordered a CerviLux™ Electric Massager but instead received a Cosseal massager. After waiting two weeks for delivery, the seller reluctantly disclosed that the item was being shipped from China. The product I received was a completely different brand from what I ordered, and it does not work at all.
The item cost nearly $100 and is entirely unusable. It has been impossible to contact the company by phone, as they do not answer calls. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive any response.
Be cautious when dealing with this company — my experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Product Specifications: We noticed in your comments a concern regarding the power source. Please note that the listing for the CerviLux™ Massager specifies that it is a wired device designed for consistent power during use. We do not market this specific model as wireless or battery-operated.
The Return & Refund Process: We have already acknowledged your return request and it has been fully authorized. As per our standard policy, once the item is received back at our warehouse and inspected, a full refund will be processed immediately. We are simply waiting for the tracking information or the physical arrival of the return to finalize this for you.
Duplicate Reviews: We have noted that you have posted multiple reviews across different accounts regarding this single purchase. We kindly ask for your patience as we follow the official return protocol to resolve your complaint.

Seems this company is taking advantage of another company with an almost identical name, this company has added a dash in between words. I placed an order on 1 April 23, the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Very suspicious 🤨
