It was very easy to organise. The only issue was that the vouchers went into the recipient’s spam mail. Which meant I had to check they’d received them. The mail address appears spammy it seems.

It was a seamless purchase and glad to have had options to work through. Only problem is that the voucher went to the recipient's spam which may be a problem for more people.

The same as below, bought a £100 John Lewis voucher for my dad for Christmas- NEVER ARRIVED. NOT IN SPAM. Can't call the company, the line does not work and they don't appear to have an email????!

Ordered a £100 evoucher from the John Lewis Website on 24 Dec 2025 without knowing they farm it out. never received and not in spam. Email them that day to let them know and to date 6 jan 2026 no reply. Called them today and just got as message that their not taking calls and to email!

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
Having reviewed the correspondence with our support team at the time, I can confirm this was resolved. We also investigated the underlying cause and found there was an issue with the delivery template for the specific card format that was purchased, which unfortunately affected the voucher being sent. This has since been fixed.
