Love Gigi
Love Gigi! I have been taking this now for 2 months and feel so much better by doing so. Energy, mood and overall just feeling so much better leading up to my period! My favourite flavour is the orange and grapefruit. I look forward to taking it after my breakfast each morning!! It's a guaranteed Irish brand and the team at Gigi are amazing. I had a question and messaged them on Instagram and I couldn't believe how fast Lisa got back to me. Amazing!! Love it and look forward to continuing it.

Life changing supplement
Highly recommend Gigi. Having endometriosis has caused a lot of pain for me and since using Gigi for the last few months has reduced my pain so much. Cannot be without it.

Gigi supplements - obsessed! Post partum first time Mammy ... I wasn't sure if I could take gigi supplements while combination feeding so I got onto Gigi supplements and they got back straight away explaining that I can take the supplements. I am using Gigi about two months now
I am using Gigi about two months now. This supplement is genuinely helping me with my monthly cycle. It's helping to regulate my periods and makes my pms symptoms less intense and easier to handle. My hormonal acne does not last as long either. I'm excited to see what happens the longer I use this.

No more cramps!! :)
I only started taking Gigi 2 months ago & have seen such an incredible improvement in my cramps. I had been researching PMS supplements for a couple of months as my cramps had gotten so unbearable. On my last cycle, my cramps had completely disappeared, my skin didn't get it's usual breakouts and my mood wasn't affected the week before. Highly recommend, can't wait to try the new flavour! :)

I have been on my Gigi journey for 4…
I have been on my Gigi journey for 4 months now and I can honestly say it has been a godsend! I was in need of serious help postpartum but I did not expect it to work so well!!! I have not had one cramp since I started, my cycle is completely regulated and I am just so pleased with this product! I love the two flavours too. I consistently take it every evening and look forward to a great sleep after it:) Highly recommend this product!!!!!!!

Expensive and bad taste but really like the product
Very good product however the taste really isn't great it taste like an antibiotic I got the lemonade hence the 4 star review. I would also note it's on the pricey side for a months supply I will continue to purchase for another few months to trial it but I do think maybe a bigger value bag or else a bundle for a few months for better value may be a good idea. Overall I love being able to take all supplements in one drink but i think it's expensive and the taste is hard to stomach

We completely understand that taste is personal, and while many love the lemonade, we understand that it's not for everyone. We're always looking to improve, so your input is really valuable!
Quality ingredients and effective doses are a priority for us – our goal is to offer as much value as possible while maintaining the premium nutrients in the right doses and forms for female health. When we did a cost breakdown, buying all of these nutrients separately in the same quality and dosage came to over €200 per month – so we’re doing our best to keep Gigi as accessible as possible without compromising on quality.

Not the best taste
I was really excited to try this as they promote their refreshing lemonade flavour but I have to say I hold my nose to drink it… Such a shame as I’ve seen such positive reviews, especially about the flavour!

Lifechanging
Never thought painless period is a possibility. Im taking gigi for 3 weeks and first time ever I experienced symptom free cycle. I'm 37, as a mom of 2 I truly appreciate how lifechanging it is. I also have underactive thyroid and can definitely see the improvement in my gut health and fatigue levels. I sleep like a baby now and I'm not exhausted all the time.

Gigi changed my life!
Have noticed a serious decline in my PMS since taking Gigi. I find it so easy to take and love incorporating it in my daily routine. I actually love being signed up a subscription as it just arrives every month and I don’t have to think about it. The team at Gigi are also always on hand to answer any questions I have and are so generous with their time educating women on all things female health.

High Quality Supplements...Irish Company
Great to have high quality supplements all in one scoop, I am not great with remembering to take it - but I do notice that my pms symptoms are not as bad as usual when I do take Gigi regularly. The most notable difference was my skin, I've never had acne but I did suffer from recurring spots on my forhead and around my chin always in the same places for years and since taking Gigi these have cleared! I'm not super fussy on taste but it does have a potent smell and the flavour is definitely not refreshing lemon but if you add one of those borocca orange flavour tablets it's not bad at all. I think 100% a 'bad' tasting supplement that doesn't have tonnes of additives to make it taste sugary is better for your body. Overall, I wouldn't say I couldn't live without it but it's a good price for high quality Irish ingredients and I will continue to purchase every month. Excited to see where the company goes and really cool idea for female health! :)
