Scam Alert - Will update this if resolved
Updated in September, after multiple attempt to connect they have ghosted me and no respond - Placed two orders of ASIC with hosting services, once payment was sent, got confirmation email from support @ gitminer.com that my order has arrived at hosting facility and now going to setup client portal for me to manage. After that no responses through phone, chat or email, orders were placed in June and now in Aug and still no progress. The phone number never gets answered. I'm not from local area so not sure if there's even an actual business with the address listed on the website. If not resolved soon will proceed to report to local authorities.

Really bad experience, waiting for a refund.
I had a very bad experience, couldn't say a scam but before purchase support was here but once payment was done it started ghost me. And more I send message and then switch with another email and they started answer to my new email on the live support. I don't recommend them. Timing was awful my miner should be installed thurday but tuesday of the next week no answer, no news.
I don't recommend, will give an update once I get or not the refund in a month
