Don't waste your time contacting them

Their contact email is absolutely useless. They don't bother answering a simple question whether a product is discontinued. My experience with other luxury brands like YSL & Carolina Herrera is much better as they answer asap.

SAV incompétent

Une étoile n’est pas représentatif du service que j’ai reçu. Si j’avais pu mettre 0 c’est ce que j’aurais fait. J’ai commandé sur ce site il y a quelques temps et lors de la livraison il y a eu une complication externe de leur volonté mais le problème n’est pas la. En faite lorsque j’ai réceptionné ma commande le délais des 14jours était dépassé à cause de la complication de livraison. Ce qui fait que lorsque j’ai reçu mon colis j’avais changé d’avis mais je ne pouvais pas le retourner. J’ai contacté le SAV et non seulement j’ai été à moitié ignoré mais ils ont également refusé mon retour. Je trouve cette attitude inadmissible et c’est donc pour cela que je partage mon avis ici

disappointing customer service

I have been purchasing their prisme foundation for several years and was very much a fan. In July I accidentally purchased the matte version of this product but only realised when it arrived. I returned it within the 14 day time-frame, unused, and didn’t think anything more about it. TWO months later, the product was redelivered without any communication. I realised I had never been refunded and so asked to set-up a returns so I could get the refund. They ‘investigated’ and ultimately decided that they would not refund me as the product had been ‘opened’ (assuming they mean the box, which I’m not sure how they would determine anyhow - a box being opened also does not affect the actual product or opportunity to resell it.) This level of customer service from a supposedly luxury brand is deeply disappointing. The product is in an unused condition, and I won’t make use of it as the matte version of this product does not work for my skin type - what a waste. Luckily I have found another product from another brand which performs just as well. A shame as I liked the prisme collection, but I won’t be purchasing anything from Givenchy moving forward.

Appalling customer service

Absolutely disgusting service from Eugenia at Givenchy. I ordered a perfume a month ago, on the day it was to be delivered I changed the delivery date as I was at work and couldn't receive delivery, I had confirmation they had changed my delivery. The next day I get another dispatch email from Givenchy, confused I checked tracking and it showed the item as delivered AFTER the time I can confirmation of rearranging delivery. It wasn't delivered that day nor the day I'd changed it to. Despite an initial early reply to say it was being looked in to, it took weeks of emails, none of which were replied to again to get a follow up answer. I confirmed I no longer needed the item as it was a birthday gift which is now too late. Still no reply until I sent a final warning for legal action letter, then I received an email saying the item had been dispatched again! I confirmed I still did not want item and needed refund instead but have still not had emails responded to and as I'm on holiday I have no idea if they've left an expensive order on my doorstep whilst I'm away as they're not answering me and there's no tracking, nor refund! I'm honestly shocked such a brand could be so awful. This has been a whole month, I've had 2 emails to the 7 or 8 I've sent and no resolution offered at all, absolutely awful experience and I'll never use this company again.

Ignoring refund request despite asking 12 times

The giftbox promised to all customers did not arrive with my order. I had to beg for it over many days, I informed the supervisor Harpreet if it didn't arrive by the date of my mother's party I'd need a refund. Sadly it didn't arrive on time. I have asked over 12 times for a refund. Yet Harpreet and Monalisa have ignored my emails & phonecalls, there's a 30 day limit to return, im on day 13 now. My plane leaves tomorrow, they have artificially extended my ability to return the order. This is criminal, worst of all, she said in her email she reviewed all my messages, yet never responded when I requested to initiate a refund.

Better to order somewhere else

First u have to wait to long for them to awnser your questions. And instead of saying why something is like is is, they just send u a link and be like: look it up Here.
I orderd a few things because I wanted to see What I would like, I looked at if there would be Costs if you were to send it back. I found that you could send it back: free of charge whitin 14 days.
Just in case I send them an e-mail to ask this and also if I would only keep one thing, if I have to send all the gifts that I for free back.
They just send me a link to look it up instead of just awnsering it.
Then they tell me returncosys is 15 euro’s?!?!? Does it have to go back by private plane or What? Rediculous price for a small package. Never ordening there again!! Cheaper even to get those things in other shops then original site, cheaper and at least they help u if you need it.

Extremely disappointed with Givenchy Beauty's customer service. There’s simply no support—emails go unanswered for days (if they reply at all), and when you finally reach someone, they’re rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. For a luxury brand, the customer care is shockingly poor. I expected elegance and quality, but all I got was attitude and silence. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered some products and saw after ordering the formula has changed. The day I received it, I returned the package the same day. Everything in perfect state. Paid €15 return costs. They received it 2nd of april. Didn’t heard anything so contacted the costumer service mid april. Didn’t hear anything till today that they don’t accept my return without giving any reason?!!?? DO NOT order here!!!!!!

Extremely disappointing customer service experience

I placed an order via Givenchy's official website on April 3rd. Unfortunately, the item was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately contacted customer service, and an "investigation" was supposedly initiated.
It has now been over two weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no proper update or resolution.
As a customer, I expected better communication and accountability from a luxury brand like Givenchy.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly reconsider purchasing from them again.

«Un nome una garanzia»

«Un nome una garanzia». Un tempo si diceva così, oggi evidentemente non più. Mala tempora currunt...
Ho acquistato uno dei profumi che ho più amato, Hot Couture, e con tutti i bidoni che si prendono on line, ho pensato di andare sul sicuro solo comprando direttamente dal sito Givenchy. L'ordine è stato evaso in fretta, la spedizione rapidissima, dopo tre giorni il pacco arriva.
Apro lo scatolone, poi la scatola, ancor prima di aprire il profumo stesso, avverto un sentore acre... Prego mentalmente che non sia il profumo a emanare quel tanfo. Agguanto il flacone, spruzzo in direzione del polso... Ma che roba è?
Una mescola pseudo alcolica senza alcuna nota. Zero. E dico pseudo perché l'alcool almeno evapora dopo qualche minuto... Questo è rimasto a pungermi le narici per un'ora almeno (che comunque sarebbe ridicola come durata per un eau de parfum).
Scrivo al servizio clienti facendo presente la cosa, conscia che, avendo fatto serigrafare la boccetta, un eventuale reso sarebbe un'eccezione alla regola (sebbene sempre doverosa in caso di prodotto avariato).
La risposta è stata un panegirico sulla storia della maison, sulla qualità degli ingredienti e l'eccellenza dei loro prodotti come missione principale (sob!), per concludere snocciolando consigli su come conservare correttamente il profumo (doppio sob) e come fare per esaltarne le note (quali? Diavolina per barbecue?). Cosa c'entri tutto questo col fatto che il profumo, senza mezzi termini, puzza, lo sa solo Eugenia...
Che mi venisse rifiutato il reso va bene (si fa per dire), essere trattati da scemi no.
La serietà di un'azienda la misuro anche, se non soprattutto, da come fa fronte a imprevisti di questo genere, se si tratta di un grande nome ancor di più.
Aziende molto più modeste vi battono su questo fronte 10 a 0 (beh, nel caso specifico vi battono anche sul fronte qualità, bastava poco).
Di questa pessima esperienza salvo solo la bella confezione e la pochette in omaggio, le terrò in bella vista come monito e memorandum.

Best experience !

I ordered 3 times and have been satisfied a lot.
I had a point with the two first orders related to gifts that have to be ibcluded but I just had to call the customer service and my problems were solved few days later.
Well packed, fast shipped, whith beautiful gift packages and perfumed.
The quality is just perfect ! One of my favorite internet site and beauty brand ( make up and beauty care) .

Order here, if you want to pay and get nothing.

Great products (that were not delivered!), extremely poor customer service. I ordered a foundation and a lipstick from France to Finland, and never got my products, because according to DHL, they never left France and were returned to the shipper. I tried contacting Givenchy's customer service and the only option to do so was via a form on their site. In a day, I got a reply that my case has been assigned to the appropriate team, and nothing else after that. No proactiveness, no keeping their customer informed, no caring about the customer who paid and got nothing.
I initiated payment reclamation process through my bank and hope to get a full refund for the service I was NOT provided.

My recommendation: do not buy from Givenchy Beauty, use resellers.

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service from Givenchy Beauty customer helpline in Paris.

Francesca, Jessica and Geraldine (especially Geraldine) are very unprofessional, rude, sarcastic and knowingly gives false information and false assurances.

In all my life, I have NEVER EVER experienced such a poor service from any retailer, particularly from a luxury brand.

As a direct result of the service I have received from the Givenchy representatives above (especially Geraldine today) I have no intention from purchasing anything else from Givenchy again. I am absolutely disgusted with the service (or lack thereof).

Extremely disappointing and concerning. Advice to Givenchy CEO - Record and monitor your calls and staff.

Rude and lazy customer service

Not only the free gift set advertised online is not included in my package, half of the trial size and samples that I picked were missing, I still see them in my confirmation email. Emailed them and they suggested me to return the whole order. Rude and lazy customer service.

Beauty Theft

I purchased a item from Givenchy at one of they make up stands and had a reaction, I was asked to return and with proof of purchase and I am still waiting for a refund 5 months on. I have returned the item and have to keep chasing them. I will report them to trading standards next as its poor of them to keep my item and not to refund me.

what dissapoining brand unprofessional

I had ordered from them recently and on my order it say I would receive free personalized courtue packaging there was nothing courture about the packing it was dumped in a bad with a card that was personalized and it shows images of what the packing looks like and it did not come like that, they could have offered me something in replace of this if the customer service or warehouse people were proffesional, I found such an old brand to be so unprofessional, I wonder where the owner is or tye ceo of this company is when it comes to serving the customers .

I did go to retailer first but what I wanted they didn't have that in-store, only online , I only shop at Harrods for specific perfume that isn't in the store only available at harrods I spend s lot of money with this brand and they could not even get that packing right, I went on YouTube and so many influences were dissapointed too due the packing sd they wanted to see how they were treated in terms of shopping experience. that's why I emailed them to tell them before hand, make sure I get my packing becaue that's the special thing when you shop with big brands to my dissapountment no packaging in sight very rude they told mr its not in there control so I've emailed them again to say send out the packing to me or an alternative because it was apart of my order and it was free to me they didn't send it to me as thought, and tricking people in to buying products from them becsue of the packing, I will not order from online again, for sure, to deal with these crazy people but I have sent then two more emails and I'm waiting my reply I even sent a snap shot of my order and what I got for free they send them two samples that are not for sale so to market their brand so its not free item to the customer it's s tester to market the brand instead they could have gave the tiny actual perfume bottles they have of your choice, they have so many free stuff I think they take it home themselves.

Could have kindly put a note or something to say we won't get this packing so we sent u alternative or a sorry so rude I think I wil send my goods back becaue it was a special gift and this is how Givenchy a huge brand name presented me with my shopping experience staff need to be sacked their very unprofessional I want someone from Givenchy to get intouch and offer me my free packaging as that is the reason why your customers come to get a good service what a disappointment
