Excellent installation of a shower unit that was not straightforward. Scott the plumber took his time in building the unit to ensure everything was correct and thereafter installed it to a high standard. Excellent workmanship and good to deal with.

Really good service
Really good service. Professional and reliable. Was a bit uneasy that they took full payment before work was carried out but I needn’t have worried as they came when they said they would. Staff were knowledgable and respectful.

Previous shower stopped working on…
Previous shower stopped working on Tuesday and with call answered by Stephanie arrangements made for supply and fitting of new unit for Thursday. Alistair arrived, albeit a bit later than expected, and new unit fitted. Alistair was apologetic for time but was so professional and friendly, the time didn't matter. Job was done with attention also paid to little things I wouldn't have considered like sealing up little holes made by old unit in tiles. When finished cleaned up beautifully. Professional and friendly service from both Stephanie and Alistair from start to finish. If this company's decorating division are as good, I will be calling them in the near future.

External hot water supply . . .
We’ve just had an external mixer shower fitted by Alistair and just wanted to thank him for the excellent job he’s done 👍 Wasn’t as easy as first thought but he managed to install it exactly where we needed it! Very professional and friendly service - would definitely recommend and will be holding on to their number for future requirements given the range of services on offer. Thanks again Alistair, it’ll make the dog washing a great deal easier therefore dog walking a lot more enjoyable 😊

Ridiculous call out charge
I was charged £147 for what turned out to be a 30 minute call where nothing was done. I assumed that the £147 was inclusive of repairs to my shower. The engineer could not access the shower because of a misfitted screw. When I queried the charge I was told that £147 was the standard call out charge.

The £147 isn't a call out charge its a standard Diagnostics price, which guarantees the engineer on the property for up to an hour, and if the problem can be fixed on site it will be but its not a guarantee as we wont know what the issue is until the engineer attends the property. As there isn't a lot of information I cant look into this for you. If there is anything we can do for you please don't hesitate to give us a call anytime.

I had an issue with my outdoor tap which the company installed last June. As I had recently had a kitchen tap fitted by G Jassal, they arranged for a revisit to ensure the issue wasn't related to the recent installation. It turned out that it wasn't, but the plumber sorted out the minor issue with the outside tap while he was here anyway. Very much appreciated, and gives me confidence to use the company in the future.
