Out of hours plumber
Required an emergency plumber out of normal working hours,after phoning several other firms that stated were available 24/7 G Jassal were the only one that was open. Plumber arrived at about 9pm very efficient and professional and found problem.
Would definitely recommend this company. Late review due to husband being unwell

Great prompt assistance in an emergency when another firm let me down. Plumber came out very quickly and resolved the problem I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service provided, paid £147 came out with a mop to unblock toilet said it was working again, when the guy left started blocked again and water rising and tissue not flushing away. Very disappointed will not use again.

Needed a Gas safety certificate and PAT testing. Both engineers were friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company again in the future

Fabulous company and very helpful service
We have a Homecare Package with this company and have known Gurminder for many years, finding him to be reliable, efficient and completely honest. A recent leak was fixed at 10pm...What a service. Quick response to emergency
Called a sat night with water emergency and they had someone out to me in 20 mins. Problem couldn’t be sorted in night as part needed but further water escape and further damage averted. Thank you 🙏. Also lady on phone was super helpful and emphatic to my panicked call for help. Very grateful this could have been bad without your quick intervention.

Down pipe / field drain blockage
Paid £146 for a visit to investigate a blocked down pipe / field drain. At the end of the visit I still had a blocked down pipe and field drain. Sent a video in advance but due to insufficient equipment they weren’t able to do anything. Advised would have to pay an extra £350 to dig out the field drain to find the blockage.
People were nice enough but I felt a bit ripped off.
Went to a different company, paid £168. They showed up with camera and jet wash and resolved the problem in an hour.

As stated on the phone we do have a jetting machine but it was unavailable on that day but we did have other engineers who had rods which we sent but was still unable to solve your issue. Contacted G Jassal due to a water leak. I am top floor flat and water was leaking into the properties below. They sent out an emergency plumber promptly. The source was identified and fixed. Prompt and professional service.

Our job was to install new sinks to…
Our job was to install new sinks to packing department in our shop, engineer had to run hot & cold supplies up & over the false ceiling to the current location. Also supply & fit waste pipe fittings & traps.
Absolutely great service, at very reasonable price, incredibly professional throughout the whole job & completed within time frame. I cannot recommend highly enough, of course will use this service again in the future!!

Good emergency plumber
We called G Jassal to come out and sort out an emergency plumbing job. Their plumber came out quickly and stopped the leak. One week later the plumber came and replaced it the toilet unit. Work was done quickly and to a high standard. I am only giving 4 stars as the plumber did not take away the old toilet so I needed to make a trip to the recycling depot. Not a massive issue for me as I have a car but would be an issue for old people or those without their own transport.

They were quick but they didn't solve…
They were quick but they didn't solve the problem. The plumber said it was the valve and charged me 150£ while I went to mybuilder.com and they charged 80£ and found the root of the problem and did the job in 20 minutes.
