First class service from GJW
First class service from GJW. They pick up quickly and deal with all questions in a polite, unfussy manner. Email comms are equally efficient and clear.
I insured with them for 6 years. When I sold my boat and called to cancel the policy, they transferred the balance to me promptly. Thoroughly recommended.

Thought the lady when I spoke on the phone was a little abrupt with her mannerisms and it's always difficult when asked to breakdown everything ie boat, trailer, engine etc considering it was bought as a package

Renewal
I completed the renewal online which was easy to do. My policy is less than last year which is good in this current climate.
My only issue is that paying monthly has quite a premium on it as I can't afford to pay the full amount at once.
