ALERT!!!! … NEVER USE THIS COMPANY … NEVER RETURN MY DEPOSIT, THEY JUST ANSWERS THE WHATSAPP’s MESSAGES BUT NEVER SOLVE OR FIX NOTHING …. THEY ARE SCAMMERS … DO NOT TRUST FROM THE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS, I AM SURE THAT THE GOOD COMMENTS HERE ARE FALSE. I HAVE ALREADY BEEN LOOKING AT SEVERAL WEBSITES WHERE WE CAN REPORT THEM. THE MONEY PROBABLY WILL NOT BE RECOVERED, BUT IT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM CONTINUING TO COMMIT MORE FRAUD.

Don’t return deposits. Avoid

I was told that the deposit would be refunded after 21-25 days after the return of the car but it's been 2 months already and I still haven't received any refund.

I wrote to the company several times but received no answers.

Could be a SCAM!! be careful

update: The deposit was finally returned after 61 days after the car had been returned.

After renal was over I waited for 30 days but have not received my deposit, Few gentle reminders stayed without reaction, so I claimed for charge back. Hope their merchant acc will get a strike.

DON'T recomendate

Rented Tesla from 22 to 29 feb (Completly dirty)
Rented BMW 420 Cabrio from 28feb to 2mar (vary bad condition)

1. The first car was delivered 1.30 minutes late, although I paid an extra 30 dollars for this delivery and asked for it to be delivered on time, I was late for the conference because of you.
2. The driver of the car smoked right in the car and the car was very very dirty.
3. When the driver was supposed to pick up one car and deliver another, he was 2 hours late
4. The second car was damaged and its dashboard was swept away like a New Year's tree - a bunch of errors, the car was in very poor condition, the light was constantly flashing with a request to change the oil and brake pads, the car braked poorly, was very dirty and outwardly very scratched - this is a BMW 420 although when I booked they promised a white BMW 430 and in a different color
5. I asked to change the car to another one, they told me that they would change it in the evening and then they didn’t answer me for 2 days
6. When they picked up the car, they were an hour late, again.
7. They promised to return the deposit 2 weeks ago, they wanted to cheat with the deposit and return 1140 dirhams instead of 1380
8. During our cooperation, your employees lied to me 6 times, 3 times they promised to transfer the deposit, 3 times when they delivered and picked up they said that they had 10 minutes left and arrived in an hour.

For today my deposit is not returned.
