They’ve helped with some debt. Which I’m grateful for. However, they target the easy debts while neglecting to pay any attention to the urgent ones. I’ve been paying for about 2 years now around 730$ a month. During that time I’ve received court papers 3 times from separate entities suing me bc of the failure to reach out or get some find of agreement or anything. Garnished wages ect. They take thousands n fees benefiting themselves first before you complete any kind of pay off. For example new settlement. They take what you pay a month. For me it’s 730$ around 200$ goes to the debt and they take the rest for fees. You’re never allowed to actually build up any large amount of money in the account they ask you to pay into. Whatever’s not allocated for debts they take right off the top. Which I understand it’s a business. But at the same time we’re already contracted to pay for the services why take it off the top when the debts could be paid down quicker. I’ve paid in over 17 thousand dollars so far. And they’ve not accomplished very much. I’ve paid more in fees than actual debt. So not do business with these people. They don’t care about you. They just want your money.

DO NOT AND I MEAN WITH MY ENTIRE HEART AND SOUL, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
We started in 2021 and they have been GOD AWFUL ever since.
The sales lady sold us the world and we got HELL instead. They do not GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU or whether or not you can even afford to pay. The last creditor, THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL they made up a payment plan based off the total and said THATS YOUR ONLY OFFER. Yet once it went to court, and the attorney we PAID FOR spoke with them, they made an affordable agreement. THEY DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CLEAR THE DEBT.
They DID NOT make the agreed upon payments, which in turn, caused us to have our wages garnished. We even had the signed paperwork ON GLACIER BAY LETTERHEAD they were supposed to make the payments and they did not.
They REFUSE to let us out of our "program" without paying them their fees FOR COMPANIES THEY HAVENT EVEN SPOKE WITH,THEY HAVENT EVEN TOUCHED THE ACCOUNT.
The agreement states, they will reach out to your creditors, which THEY DID NOT DO. atleast 3 of them sued us, which they said MAYBE 1 in the orginial sales call.
DO NOT SET UP WITH THIS COMPANY. I have so many more complaints that I don't have room in this review for. IT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOESNT HAVE AN F RATING ON BBB.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve had the experience of working with. They do not communicate at all. My program was supposed to last three years. I am going into year four and they still have not negotiated all of my account accounts. Horrible experience!!!!
You are better off trying to negotiate for yourself. Do NOT use this company! What I ended up paying them I could have negotiated with these accounts and still have money left over.

Hi everyone! I'm writing this to share my experience with debt settlement through Glacier Bay Law. Like anyone else dealing with debt, it caused me severe anxiety, even after I was in the program. I was terrified constantly of someone showing up at my door threatening me with a subpoena to court, (which never did happen), or the entire program being a scam because what company would be willing to go this far to help someone? I am so thankful that I took a chance with this company. Some might say I was crazy for trusting a company located in another state because honestly, I asked myself, "What do I have to lose", but it soon turned out to be one of the best decisions I could make for myself. As soon as I entered the program, a notary came with papers to my home, that day, & signed the paperwork with me in person so I not only knew the program was real, but she also shared with me her own stories of how she had heard of Glacier Bay helping others with their crippling debt. If anyone is thinking about this, I urge you to just give them a call & see if they can be of any help. I'm so thankful & grateful to Stephanie for dealing with my constant phone calls/anxiety, as well as Serena, & Sal who did all of my negotiating on my behalf. They all were patient, understanding, & coached me through the process that can sometimes be very scary, especially if you are getting calls from debt collectors 24/7, threatening you to pay them. Once I had enough money to settle, Stephanie called me with each balance, what they settled for, & what Glacier Bay would be taking as a percentage, which was always in my eyes more than fair. I'm so thankful for this company and the people who work here. Thank you for all of your help and I again urge anyone to reach out & see if this company can help. They are real & will do what they can to cut your debt down as much as possible. Thank you Glacier Bay!! <3

Our experience with Glacier Bay Law was well over a 5 star experience.

As hard as we were trying to stay on top of our debt, we just felt like we were drowning in medical bills.
We were spread so thin financially we were making minimum payments and just getting further and further in debt.

When we came to the realization we could no longer keep up with all the bills, we had to turn somewhere for help.

We reached out to Glacier Bay Law and that was the best decision we made. They literarily saved us.
They worked with our creditors to reduce the debt that we owed.

From the minute we made that call we felt like we had a powerful team behind us who cared about us and worked in our behalf to find a solution.

They set up a plan for us and helped us in a direction to give us financial peace.

It was a scary experience dealing with creditors that would continually call or send threatening letters. That terrified me. I email those letters to Stephanie and within minutes she would respond to me and explain the letters and let me know everything was ok. That gave me such peace and I'll always be grateful for her kindness and willingness to be so helpful. She truly is an amazing person and I don't know what I would have done without her. She went above and beyond to help in anyway she could.

Because we were able to have this powerful team to deal with our creditors and lower our debt, we are now debt free. It's such a good feeling to not have to worry about debt anymore and we couldn't have done it without our team at Glacier Bay law.

The fact that during my time with Glacier Bay, not once did I have to worry that I would be contacted by any creditor. Glacier Bay took care of everything. On top of that, Glacier Bay kept me informed as far as my status in paying off my debt and answered all my questions.

They care about people and help you reach your goal.

I was doubtful doing this. I was nervous and kind of scared to be honest. Glacier Bay was the best thing I could’ve done. My experience was great, the only reason I gave 4 stars is that I feel the settlements are a little exaggerated, percentage wise,due to the interest that accrues in the time it takes to settle.
