I reviewed a dozen different online shops. Fortunately after deciding on one, it was just difficult to work with them. I then had to search again, and found a few places on etsy that had better prices and quality. Glams and Gems is the most professional offering, and the price is about the same. The quality was great when we received it. The necklace has a great feature, which is an extra link, so it can be both 16 or 18 inches depending on the look you want.
