Great prices, quick delivery and amazing customer service
I ordered some shampoo from Glambeauty and was really pleased with the price, as it can be a difficult product to find online at a reasonable cost.
I ordered several bottles and my items arrived within two days, which was really fast and I was very happy with.
There was an issue with the items when I opened the package (one bottle was missing) however despite my disappointment about that the customer service from Glambeauty was amazing:
1. They were really quick to respond to my emails, including at the weekend.
2. They resolved the issue quickly and with very little effort on my part (I had to send them photographs of the packaging which I think is absolutely reasonable).
3. They provided me with explanations and were professional yet friendly throughout.
4. The refund itself took a while to receive, but I think this was due to me not sending an email to them accepting the refund, as I found it in my drafts folder.
5. Once I notified them that I hadn’t received the refund, they were again very quick to respond and process it.
I think that the measure of a company is how they respond to issues that arise, and so while I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered, I would 100% order with them again due to the way they responded and dealt with the problem, on top of the great price and quick delivery.

We're delighted to hear you were so pleased with our great prices, quick delivery and, most importantly, the customer service you received when an item was missing from your order. We're glad our team was able to respond quickly, explain the situation and resolve the issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
We really appreciate your kind words about our team and your understanding. It's wonderful to hear that, despite the issue, you would happily order from us again. We truly appreciate your support! ✨
Goods never arrived.
After reading reviews, I decided to order Max Factor foundation which was completely priced. I had a confirmation email, and the following day an update to say it had been dispatched. After a week, I checked on the Royal Mail link and it showed they had not received my order. I then emailed GlamBeauty, and was asked to get back in touch if I hadn’t received the items within 10 days of ordering. I did this, and was then refunded straight away, even though I would have preferred to have received the items that I’d actually ordered!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. 💕
We're sorry that your order did not arrive, especially as you had specifically ordered the Max Factor foundation and were looking forward to receiving it. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for the delivery only to ultimately receive a refund rather than the items you ordered.
We're pleased that our team was able to arrange the refund promptly, but we appreciate that this did not replace the disappointment of not receiving your order. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Glambeauty Customer Service
