Great prices and very fast delivery
Great prices and very fast delivery. I did get a request to review before I actually received the goods and I replied explaining this. I received a really nice apology and the item was delivered the next day. So pleasing to get a proper reply and not an automated response. This was my first purchase from Glambeauty and I will certainly use them again. Very pleased.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the shade you received.
Rimmel has changed the naming/packaging of some shades over time, and we understand how frustrating it can be when you're specifically looking for the original Rimmel 77 Asia shade. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and understand that you would have preferred to have been contacted before an alternative product was sent.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused and will take your comments on board. 💕
