I really don’t know why this doesn’t have five stars. Everything I have gotten from them has been such high quality. I can’t believe it. They have a great return policy. You get a full refund or store credit as long as you don’t wear it and you keep your tags on. Customer service is great! They got me my order before I went out of town which was so nice. Can’t say enough and I usually don’t take my time to post about my experiences from a website. A+!

I recently ordered from here and took all the proper precautions on sending my item back due to the outfit not fitting properly. The policy state that we have 7days until the refund is not valid anymore. So I sent mine on the 6th day through US postal office since that’s the only option due to the returning address being a P.O. Box. I waited and contact the number on the website. I did get a reply but was told that I wasn’t able to get my refund due to them receiving it past the 7 day grace period they offer. And was told I waited 6 day to return it hinting I should’ve returned it sooner. Note: I work the same hours as the hours of operation at the post office. Any ways I will not recommend if you aren’t sure of the sizing and will post my experience on all social media platforms.

Shocking company! Sent item back recorded no communication or refund back!!! Avoid at all cost!

Literally sent messages on instagram to be ignored.

Returned coat which I purchase because it was unsuitable. Never got refund. Sent proof of return.No reply to emails or messenger. This coat was £80. Poor customer service who do not value their customers. Don't get caught out!

Everything is fine. Very beautiful products and great service. Shipping is fast and efficient.
