I’m so sorry you’re still waiting for your missing item after a whole month 😓 We’d promised to send it out for you, and I’m really sorry you’ve had to chase us up again.

I’d love to get this sorted for you. We can send out your missing item and keep you updated on its delivery, or arrange a refund if you’d prefer.

I’m also really sorry the sets haven’t been a good fit and have been coming off so soon. We’d be more than happy to refund the ones that aren’t suitable for your nails. I’d like to check the shapes you received too, particularly with the gaps you’ve mentioned.

If you could please reply to your existing email and ask for Patricia, I’d love to help you with this personally. I can go through the photos and messages you’ve already sent, so there’s no need to send it all through again.

I’m sorry the length means you haven’t been able to try them yet. If you’d like to keep your natural nails long, we’d love to check whether another shape would give you the coverage you need. If there’s a suitable option, we’d be more than happy to swap your set.

Hi Rita,

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. I’m very sorry the application has taken so much time and that the liquids and extensions haven’t worked out as you’d hoped 😓 We would really love to help you with this.

After spending all that time on your nails, having to redo one at the final step is so disappointing. I’d love to personally go through the Seal and Glow steps with you and check your liquids too. We’re more than happy to work through the application together, and if any liquids need replacing, we’ll happily send those out at no cost 💜

Our standard Base and Glow can have a scent during application, which some people notice more than others. I’m sorry this has been unpleasant for you. We also have Low Odour versions, which we’d be more than happy to send you free of charge if you would like to try them. The Low Odour Base can take a little longer to dry though, so we’d explain that before you decide, particularly as the application time is already a concern for you.

I’m also very sorry you’ve been disappointed with the Ballerina tips. We’d love to help you choose a different shape and send those out for you to try at no cost. If you would prefer a refund for the tips, we’re more than happy to arrange that instead.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. I’m so sorry your messages have gone unanswered and that you’ve had such a disappointing experience 😥 We want to be there to help long after your first purchase, and I’m very sorry we’ve let you down here.

The pens releasing blobs of colour is something we’d really love to help you with. We’d be more than happy to replace the leaking pens at no cost, or arrange a refund for them if you would prefer. Just let us know what works best for you 💜

I’m also sorry you’ve been left without an explanation about the Facebook group and your posts. I’d like to look into what’s happened here, along with your unanswered Instagram messages, so we can give you a proper answer.

With the sale, I can understand how disappointing it would be to have the offer disappear while you were transferring the funds to pay. If you still wanted those items, we’d love to honour the offer you missed so you have time to complete your purchase without rushing.

Could you please send me an email at support@glamrdip.com and ask for Patricia, with an order number and the offer you were trying to use? I’d love to have a chat and help arrange whichever option you’d prefer for the pens. I can also look into why your deliveries have consistently taken over a week.

I’m so sorry you’ve had to keep chasing this, especially after we’d already promised to reimburse your return postage. Having items arrive broken and being disappointed with the quality was enough to deal with, and we’re really sorry that getting your return sorted has made the experience even more frustrating.

You should never have had to spend hours going back and forth to get that payment back. Whatever the difficulties with our return labels, we needed to follow through on what we’d agreed with you. We can’t apologise enough for leaving you out of pocket and having to chase us.

I’m also sorry our replies have come across as insincere. I can understand why you’d feel that way when you’ve spent so much time exchanging messages and the reimbursement still hasn’t been sorted.

I’d really like to pick this up personally and make this right for you. When you have a moment, could you please email support@glamrdip.com with your order number and “FAO Patricia” in the subject line? I’m sorry to ask you to send another message. I’ll look through the existing correspondence so you don’t have to explain everything again.

I’ll personally follow through on the return postage reimbursement you were promised, check that your product refund has been fully dealt with, and confirm everything with you once it’s sorted.

We’re really sorry we’ve let you down here. I’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right by you and give you the help you should have received when you first reached out 💜

We are terribly heartbroken reading this! I’m genuinely so sorry to read what you experienced. I can completely understand why an episode involving difficulty breathing would have been frightening, particularly when you’ve used professional nail products for many years without experiencing anything like this 💔

I also want to reassure you that we would never minimise any reaction or dismiss what you experienced simply because other customers use our products without issue. Every person can respond differently to cosmetic ingredients, fragrances and vapours, and unfortunately, a product that is used without trouble by the overwhelming majority of people may still not be suitable for a particular individual.

Our products are developed specifically for cosmetic use and undergo formulation, safety and compliance assessment as part of our product development process. We also work with an independent cosmetics regulatory partner to ensure our formulations and supporting documentation meet the applicable cosmetic requirements. Our range is also used by hundreds of thousands of customers around the world, many of whom have been using GLAMRDiP successfully for years. You can also check out our All Things GLAMRDiP Facebook group, with over 82,000 members sharing their mani wins, tips and tricks every day.

We include Important Product Information Booklets with every order, with specific guidance for our Base and Glow liquids on pages 4 and 6. That said, your feedback about clearer reminders on the packaging is something we genuinely appreciate, and it is something we can take back to our team as we continue reviewing how we communicate important product information.

For your own wellbeing, if you are still experiencing any breathing difficulty or other ongoing symptoms, we highly recommend checking with a healthcare professional.

I’ve also asked our team to arrange a full refund for your orders, no questions asked. We know that a refund cannot undo what happened, but we hope it demonstrates that we are far more interested in looking after you than in defending a sale.

While we do have our Low-Odour Liquids, which were developed to offer a more comfortable application experience for customers who are sensitive to stronger smells and vapours, we completely understand if you no longer feel comfortable using our liquid system. We also have our Instant Gels™, a completely different application format that requires no lamp, but there is absolutely no expectation for you to try anything further. Your comfort and wellbeing come first.

Malynda, we’re incredibly sorry that what should have been a simple at-home manicure became such a frightening experience for you.
