Ordering process and updates could be better
Ordering online there was no information about shipping costs. I clicked expecting to go to a page showing the shipping charge - instead the transaction completed and payment was taken and only at that point did I see that shipping was £5.99. I received an email acknowledging the order and nothing else after that to inform me about dispatch or delivery. It would have been good to be kept informed to a greater degree, especially since I'd ordered it as a gift being delivered to a different address.

The beer was a gift. I had problems paying as my address was outside the UK. I called the number and made my purchase easily over the phone. Great service. Love the can design.

Bought a taster pack of 10
Bought a taster pack of 10. Every single can apart from the lager fizzed up to an incredible degree upon opening, losing half the contents in the process. Cans sat in fridge for a week before being opened, definitely not shaken before opening. Must have been an issue with the canning process/pressure but either way most of what i bought was wasted all over my floor

The ginger man at the door was lovely, my booking was lost system however they fixed the issue amazingly. They staff were nothing but kind and accommodating the whole time. I had a great night with my friends and will definitely be back.

Helpful staff and quality product
Had a problem with using an Itison voucher to complete an order but with help from Itison and Glasgow Beer Works the code was reset and I was able to do it so very helpful staff. The variety pack of beer and branded glass was very nice. Will look out for more special offers
