Shocking customer service. Avoid this company.
My doors were delivered in July and installed in September, at which point my installer found that I had been supplied with the wrong glazing trim that didn't fit my door. Upon reporting this to Glassopenings we were repeatedly gaslit and questioned whether we were installing the trim correctly (we repeatedly informed that that we were, because some sections of the trim supplied was correct and was already installed and it was very obviously a totally different part). In November I finally received replacement trim, however this was AGAIN the wrong part which we AGAIN reported and AGAIN patronisingly asked whether we were sure we were installing it correctly. After asking for the issue to be escalated this week I have sent photos of the incorrect part and I am told that it takes 5 working days for the so-called Customer Care team to respond, that it's not possible to speak to a person as they only communicate by email, and no-one can tell me when they will get back to me.
So I'm now stuck with an unusable room that is impossible to heat since the temperature dropped below freezing outside and cold air is coming in where the trims are missing. Absolutely zero urgency from their side to resolve it and no idea if and when they'll get back to me.

I’ve now been waiting 8 weeks for my window. After being quoted 3-4 weeks. In the 5th week I was lied to and told
It with with the transport team, to then be told a week later, that it was waiting for a part. To then be told it’d be delivered the following Friday or Saturday, and I’d get a call to confirm that afternoon, then only to hear nothing back, no call, no email - seemingly no care about customers. It’s been 8 weeks on, I have no window and am out of pocket for the entire cost of the order. It’s simply appalling. At this point I’ve no hope this is a legit company, and concerned if I’ll ever get my order.

Really good customer service in responding to my emails and the bespoke configuration that I was looking for. The company was very accommodating and allowed me to visit the factory to view a sample of the crittal style doors that I wanted to order.

As part of a complete renovation of my house, I chose to replace all windows and doors with high-quality aluminium frames featuring integrated blinds, including those for an outbuilding. I also increased the size of the original openings to create a more open and modern feel. Glass Openings supported me throughout the entire process—from the initial design and visualisation stage right through to installation and snagging. The end result is absolutely stunning, and the transformation is largely due to the exceptional quality and design of the doors and windows. This outcome simply wouldn’t have been possible without the company’s enthusiastic and expert guidance at every step.

I purchased three sliding doors, two fixed windows and one opening window to install in my garden studio. I love the finished product which is why I have given this an excellent rating however installing the glass into the opening frame was not a easy process as the instructions were on line and they have different instructions for different windows. Would definitely use them again

We ordered a black UPVC door 3/4 weeks delivery at the end of the 4 weeks no delivery, my builder called to chase up delivery told would be another 2/3 weeks ridiculous, no communication from the company, refusing a refund, basically stole our money and have not delivered good! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

They have now agreed to deliver my door to my builder this Monday if they do I will amend my review even though it is outside there delivery times, but I currently have a very expensive extension open to the elements and had to delay multiply trades to finish the job based on this door being delivered.

Surprise surprise Monday had been and gone and still no delivery even after my builder called them today to confirm it was coming… I stick by my previous review and urge you to never use this company.

I should have learnt with the first order.
This company do not stick to any delivery promises. The first order ( one aluminium window) had a delivery promise of 3-4 weeks and eventually arrived after 7 weeks and only after I said I was coming to collect it the next day, if they did not deliver.
The second order. I made it a condition of the order that the two aluminium doors would arrive within the 3 -4 weeks promise. Their agent agreed to this delivery promise on the phone and email, then took the money swiftly. It's now week 5 and they are trying to push back another week, blaming the 'transport department'. They are completely ignoring the basics of commercial contract law. We placed the order and paid in the last week of September. We submitted the email confirmation within the hour of receipt and again received verbal confirmation on the lead times. When we chased the order at week 4, It was claimed that the order wasn't processed until the end of the 7th Oct. I said that that is nothing to do with us. the contractual clock started in September. Every time we call in, its the same fobbing off, excuses, and requests for 'another week'..
we have again said we will be collecting tomorrow, if they fail to deliver. luckily we're not not far from them and we have vehicles big enough. Now I'm told that they are 'back in Quality control, so you can't'..'
I'm now quite sure they do not manufacture their own products, as no-one can be continuously this poor. How can you still be in business??
We are professional contractors and this has now put us into penalty clauses, due to poor delivery. With the delivery contract agreement in place, we will be looking to recover the penalties by recharging this company.
Very unprofessional, very unhelpful, always blaming someone else, impossible to speak to anyone to escalate. no call backs, no return emails, no management interest.
I strongly believe this is just a flash website that relies on sub contractors to actually make their product, probably outside the UK, because of the delays.
Do yourself a massive favour.. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.
Needless to say, we won't be placing any further business with this company.

Still haven't received my order and customer service is appalling. Whilst quick to respond to emails and answer calls, keep being told different things, promised someone will be back in contact and they're not. Had to make 12 calls to them since my order to get an update. Just really poor service. This order would have led to a much bigger order but I am now looking elsewhere. Such a shame for them and for me!

Ordered bifold window nearly 8 weeks ago, keep getting fobbed off, apparently it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, but no sign, no phone call and I've had to chase virtually every step of the way. I am actually wondering if I will ever see my window at all. Wouldn't deal with this Co again

They promise to find out and call me back but I have chased numerous times. I've asked for photographs of the windows in manufacture as I'm beginning to worry they don't actually exist.
