No customer service, still haven't received my order after nearly 2 months.

I ordered a custom glass handrail for my deck, we'll over $3000. I was given specific dimensions of the height of the posts and lengeth of the supporting rails in my rendering, apon arrival my posts and supporting rails were in 6 ft lengths. All lengthen had to be cut and fit to size. Luckily I'm mechanically inclined, I could not imagine the average person being able to do that. Took 2 months to receive. NONE of my 5 phone calls received a call back.I would not reccomend this company. EVER!!

Completed a deck glass railing installation and was extremely pleased with glassupply. The online configuration tool was very helpful and the customer support with drawings, bill of material, and great help through ordering, shipping and installation was excellent. Highly recommended.

I order shower door enclosures and spent a little over $1,592 around July 25th and by the time I receive them according to the costumer service department it will have been around 2 months later. As of right now it's August the 17th and they say that there still in perdition and then after that there moved to shipping witch is another 10 days.
So if you're in no hurry and time doesn't matter place an order. But if you don't have 2 months or more to wait I would recommend that you don't.

When I placed my order, my mistake was assuming I was dealing with a U.S. company.

I received 7 pages from FedEx containing invoices for tariffs due. Materials are on site, but the boxes have not yet been opened; I will review the contents in September.

Again, the misunderstanding was on my part for assuming the company was American. I don’t fault GlassSupply.com, but it would be more transparent if they removed the U.S. flag from their site (next to the Canadian flag) and clearly stated that they are a Canadian company exporting to the U.S.

Awesome Customer Service!! I purchased a large piece of rain glass that was custom made. The first attempt of shipping resulted in the glass breaking. That is when I found out they were shipping from Canada and I live in Arizona, USA. They (Susy) handled the issue with grace. I was given the choice to receive my money back or we could try again. Since I could not find this glass anywhere else, I asked them to try again. I received the piece of glass in perfect condition and it was exactly what I wanted. I found this company to be very professional and genuinely care for their customers. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Terrible experience…Ordered a custom shower door. Product came from Canada and took quite some time to get to the US. For a product which was so expensive I would have expected a link to an install video or actual install directions which made sense. I am a very competent DIY person and in fact have been in construction for many years and the install directions were the worst. At the end of the day it took me well over two days to monkey with the install and I actually go more info from “YouTube University” than the manufacturer’s instructions. After watching three videos online I had an idea at how this product was to be installled. They also sent parts out which were unnecessary, and only added to the install confusion. I’d never purchase a product from this company in the future. Way too frustrating. No one ever called back from the service department on multiple occasions and was forced to talk to a sales person instead who really couldn’t answer my questions.

I found the customer service provided bty Shayla was excellent. And the product was of excellent quality.

Excellent glass railing product. The hardware is beautifully made and substantial! From beginning to end the project and support from Glass Supply was stellar. We had approximately 100 linear feet shipped from eastern Canada to Washington state with NO damage or missing pieces. The glass railing around our pool has held up to the high winds of eastern Washington with no problems. Highly recommend the product and Glass Supply!

Very poor customer service, waiting time for the order to complete are way beyond what was promised, still waiting and thing the whole company is a scam

Rather disappointed with this company, horrible customer service (Suzy) not very helpful and spent good money on something I ended up ditching, (twice). I suppose they are uninterested in small items and don't really care about client dissatisafction follow ups. Buying local was NOT a good experience.

I ordered a piece of glass from Glassupply.com. No where on the website does it say how long it takes to deliver. After they received the order they emailed me back with a 4 week shipping time, not including in transient time. I can get the same piece of glass locally within 48 hours. I tried to cancel, immediately after receiving the delivery timeframe, and they said it was too late. Plan on waiting forever for your delivery.

From the beginning to end staff was there to help and guide me on choosing the right product. They provided excellent customer service that aided in my project being succes

We ordered frameless glass railings from Glassupply and we couldn't be happier with the end results. Their customer service was always quick to respond and the online ordering system was easy to use. Installation instructions were detailed, and the hardware is very high quality.

The packaging of the glass panels is excellent. Despite some apparent rough handling during transit, all of the glass arrived in perfect condition.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glassupply to anyone.

I ordered 2 small pieces of tempered glass that were no larger than medicine cabinet shelving. After 5 weeks, I still haven't received any idea of when they will ship. A customer representative indicated that they were transferred to the shipping department and that it would take 5-7 days to ship out. It's going on 3 weeks now and I still haven't received any shipping confirmation. I reiterate... we're talking about 2 pieces of glass measuring approximately 4" X 11"X 3/16".. the size of medicine cabinet shelving!

Order was shipped on time. One piece was incorrect and they corrected it and re-shipped the corrected piece quickly and without any hassle. We will definitely use them with future orders!

Placed a simple order for glass on 05/21/24 waited two months. Received an email 7/22/24 order was canceled. What a waste of time!!!
