The socks are absolutely lovely but they arrived with a hole in. Customer services did respond quickly but I’m still waiting to hear back (understandable given the time of year) but it is a shame as I’ve been desperate to wear them!

The most responsive and helpful support…
The most responsive and helpful support for an item that was out of stock. They immediately let me know and gave me options for a solution. I appreciate their quick responses and friendly communication. It was my first purchase from the company so it made a really good impression for me to continue supporting them. Also, the products I received from them were such great quality. Some of my new favorite pieces now!

Not unique and not eco
I bought a bag from here for £85 as according to their website they produce items in limited runs to avoid waste. However by pure accident I stumbled across the EXACT same bag from fast fashion brand Princess Polly for just £32. I sent an email pointing this out and left a social media comment, hoping they would get back to me assuring me it was a one-time mistake. I have had no response whatsoever, but they have found the time to watch my instagram stories...odd behaviour. Their wording is also misleading - they might be BUYING in limited runs, but PRODUCING is not the same. If its coming from the same factory that is mass producing them for another brand, that still counts as a mass-produced item.

My apologies for the confusion, Emma. I'm not suggesting that you open an investigation with Royal Mail. We will be the ones to do that if this shipment is tagged lost. Royal Mail still has your package held and is waiting for your update. But pls, if you click the link, you will see UPDATE DELIVERY options, it will ask you for your postcode, your complete mailing address, and a date when you will be available for redelivery. That's all I'm requesting for you to do as we cannot be so certain of those details and the recipients are the ones to accomplish this.
We thank you for your patience and I hope you just try to have this updated with the courier for redelivery purposes. Thank you and have a lovely day.

Lovely socks
Lovely socks, similar to some I bought years ago in Italy but fancier. Great variety of designs, one size (I'd say 5-7 U.K.) and they don't pinch ankles. I bought quite a few pairs, and then smile more.

Amazing product and company!
Not only are their products stunning I've never EVER had customer service like it. The day I ordered my beautiful ankle socks the 10% code from their website wasn't applied so I emailed and right there and then they applied the 10% and sent it back to my account. I then received an email to say that the socks were sold to me by accident when they were out of stock, and profusely apologised. Knowing I needed them for the weekend they assured me they'd be with me. 2 days later my beautiful socks were with me! I can't wait to order again! Oh, and thanks Sabrina for packing my order so beautifully!

Products lovely, customer service atrocious. Order for collection and nothing happens. Two emails and phonecall to actually get a response.
Don't order online as you won't get your products without chasing them.

Socks described as one size.
Unless you have small feet - less than average- not much use to a guy with size 9.
Passed them on to my wife.
She is one size - 5 ladies.
Not her style but it may save me £1 through the winter.
Nice socks - wish they fitted me.
