Such an efficient and professional service from Simon and Adrian. Had the job done in great time and the windows look absolutely fantastic! 10/10 job.

Our main door refused to close, took a brief look at U TUBE, and decided to call the professionals, called GLAZE STYLE, as they are pretty close in Colwyn Bay,
The boss promised to send a fitter the following day,
At 09.00 Adrian rang to say he would call around 12.30, at 12.40 Adrian arrived spent about 20 minutes rehanging the door which wasn’t a straightforward job. Job completed, I asked him how much I owed him.
Nothing, No charge, Says it’s what we do. Absolutely refused payment..

A company that answers the phone, promises to send a fitter, the fitter phones to say what time he will arrive, turns up on time, uniformed and very professional, completing the job with no fuss or bother, and “NO CHARGE” 🤩

From first contact to install complete Glaze Style were very professional, took the time to understand what we wanted and made suggestions to ensure we got what we needed.
Communications are excellent and time keeping impeccable.
Post install we are really pleased with our new door and windows the quality is excellent and the fit has been expertly completed. We had a small issue with the door but after a quick call the issue was resolved satisfactorily within a couple of hours. Highly recommended

Glaze Style have been amazing throughout the whole process of getting new windows. Being first time buyers we had no clue what we wanted or needed. Great experience. Fast turnaround and good communication. Reassuring to know there are still honest and trustworthy companies still out there. Fitters arrived early and stayed all day to complete the installation. Couldn't be more helpful and ensured I was happy with everything before they left. Would highly recommend and will be using again on another renovation project I have planned.

Great company to deal with. Fitting was within the time scale when first ordered. The fitters were great, really hard working and friendly. And the most important a quality installation with no problems. The fitters are really thorough and tidy up a treat after installation. I would really recommend Glaze Style.

Really happy we chose Glaze style to provide us with new windows and door. Lots of options to choose from. The lads were very professional, offered their ideas on what they thought when we were a bit unsure on designs. Very reasonable price for the product and service they provided. The lads were a lovely with friendly professional manner. I definitely recommend using this company for an needs. Cleaned up after them selfs too with is a bonus. We used to Glazestyle to replace our up and over garage door for a side hinged one. Adrian & Simon have been brilliant from the initial enquiry through to fitting. No pressure sales, understood exactly what we wanted. Measurements were taken, and then we had a follow-up with the fitter before the job started, cant fault the attention to detail.
Absolutely made up with the finished doors. The fitter cleaned up like you never knew they were there.

Adrian and the team at Glaze Style recently installed three new windows, a set of French doors, and a back door for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, the service was excellent.
