I received a phone call and an email saying an item I wanted was now in stock after having been told it was out of stock a week previous. The item was delivered quickly have yet to put the gazebo curtains up.

After some initial problems (mainly caused by me using a bookmark from last November), I received the glazing bar kit in good time.
I contacted the MD who was very pleasant to deal with and he sorted my problem quickly. I would do business with Glazing Systems again.

Delivery took 8 days, rather than 3-4. Had to regularly chase for updates.

Brilliant service and product, we were kept up to date with the progress and the company arrived promptly on the day that they fitted the veranda. Highly recommended.

If I had been emailed a confirmation of the order and an estimated delivery date I would have given it 5 stars. Product looks good.

Really pleased with my glass roof canopy.
The Guys who put it up did a brilliant job.
I ordered the canopy supply and fit so i was surprised to get a canopy delivery at 6.45am one morning!
I then waited a few weeks for it to be fitted.
I have given 4* as communication regarding delivery and fitting was poor, however it was ordered just before Christmas and then we went into lockdown so may that was why.
From order to fitting it took 2 months.

Service was excellent, the polycarbonate sheets arrived with a few days but the glazing bars did not turn up, however this was promptly rectified and received these a few days later. The mark of good service is when there is an issue it is sorted quickly.
The website is easy to use and the installation instructions which you can download are great.
Highly recommend this company.

Ordered the canopy, but due to all the covid problems, it was 3 months late. Finally arrived, very impressed with the construction. Fitting team were 1st class. Gave 5 stars, the delay was down to manufacturer issues, nothing to do with Glazing Systems. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a canopy.

Delivery was received well packaged fairly priced, and on time. What more could you ask for? 👍
