So so happy with my kitchen! Went to Ghloss with a design in mind and the end product was even better than I had could have hoped for! Amazing team, very accommodating, did all they could to ensure everything was perfect! I would defo recommend them

When we first met Mani we were thoroughly impressed by the high level of professionalism and customer care provided, instantly we were at ease and found Mani and Harjit extremely trustworthy.

Mani and the team provided 5* service from start to finish. Due to covid, everything had to put on hold, lots of conversations were had during the planning process, but throughout all of this Mani was patient with us and not pushy at all, he catered for all of our needs and ensured my mum was happy and that the designs were functional.

The communication has been outstanding. A what's app group was set up with the team, my brother and I, and any updates/delays were communicated and any minor issues were swiftly resolved. Throughout the whole project, Mani and the team went above and beyond in handling any queries and genuinely wanted to provide customer satisfaction (something you do not see nowadays).

We are happy to be contacted by anyone considering buying their kitchen from Ghlöss, we can gurantee that Mani/Harjot will provide a high level of service and pay attention to detail. Really nice guy called Manny guided us all the way from designing to material to colour scheme. Very professional and polite all the way. Highly recommended GLHOSS. But sadly we chose another supplier. Wasn't my call.

I love my kitchen! Every part of the process was perfect, the show room was beautiful with a wonderful range of kitchens on display! Everyone in the team was very professional and understood what I wanted. The designer captured all my demands perfectly and created a practical and beautiful kitchen that fitted perfectly in the space we had. I required a kitchen for my apartment in St Albans. Glhoss were recommended to me by a friend. The service I received from ordering, delivery and installation was perfect as I was kept informed of the process throughout and the quality of the kitchen is fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

We felt they provided a truly personalised service and the breadth of choice at their excellent showroom was fantastic.
The kitchen was delivered on time and to specification. The high quality and durability is self evident - it is built to last. It looks incredible and was fitted together perfectly. In terms of value, GLHOSS frankly blew the competition out of the water.
Finally, the thing that really stood out for me was the aftercare. We only had a few minor niggles but these were resolved swiftly by the team who were extremely attentive. This demonstrates to me the immense pride GLHOSS have in delivering outstanding customer service.
I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

This Company is professionally run and are the true definition of "customer service" I was on the verge of installing a high street brand kitchen when Manni at GLHOSS was HIGHLY recommended to me.
I was very impressed with their patience from design to installation as so many changes were made by myself but I can safely say, its a beautiful, high quality and very practical kitchen.
I was never "sold" any particular product or idea but I was given a kitchen that met my very specific requirements.
