Unprofessional unreliable liars - avoid this company

For a company that talks a lot about being professional, sadly they do not act it. 30 minutes after the job was booked for, they told me the cleaner was 20 minutes away - no apology or even acknowledgement that this was significantly late - and actually it ended up being even later than that, with the cleaner starting the job around an hour and a half late. As it was an end of tenancy clean, this really added to the stress on moving day, but there has been no acknowledgement or apology. The cleaner herself did a good job, when she eventually arrived, but the communication and customer service from the company is not good at all.
The reply below is completely untrue - the cleaner was 90 mins late not 30, it was warm summer weather not rainy, and it was a Friday not a weekend - so this further proves the unprofessional attitude of this unreliable company.
Minal - you are making a bad situation worse by lying repeatedly. I always said the cleaner was 90 mins late: 30 mins after the job was booked to start i was told she was 20 mins away (so would’ve been 50 mins late) but she actually ended up being even later, around an hour and a half, which is 90 mins. No wonder your company communication is this bad if you don’t even bother to read things. The ‘discount’ you mention offering was a higher price than I was originally quoted on Rezigo when booking the job, and the ‘apology’ was insincere after several messages where you repeatedly lied about what happened. I hope my review stops other people having a terrible experience with your company like I did.
