I've recently started the NCFE Level 3 Understanding Mental Health course, and so far I'm very pleased with it. My mentor, Chanu Fernando was assigned to me within a couple of hours and contacted me immediately, ever since then she is there whenever I have a question. The induction was informative and helped me clear a few questions I had. Overall, everything has been well organized and easy to follow. Thank you :)

Fraudsters do not do any courses with these bunch. Big time scammers. Just courses no exams. After waiting for more than 1 year. They have agreed to refund the 60%. But from that email its being over 3 months and no reply. Do not purchase any course from them.

I recently completed a course with Global Edulink and overall I was very pleased with the experience. The course was well structured, easy to follow, and allowed me to study at my own pace, which was a huge benefit. I was away from work for a period of time and was able to make good use of that time to focus on my learning, meaning I actually completed the course earlier than expected.
The learning materials were clear and accessible, and I found the flexibility of online study particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend Global Edulink to anyone looking for a convenient and straightforward way to gain qualifications around their existing commitments.
The only downside was the wait for my physical certificate. As this is an additional paid-for service, I was disappointed that it took around 11 months to receive it. During that time, I felt customer service could have been more responsive and proactive when I was chasing updates.
That said, I did receive a digital certificate promptly, while waiting for the physical version. Despite the delay and communication issues, the quality of the course itself was excellent, and for that reason I would still recommend Global Edulink.

I paid in full on day one and completed the Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education in under three months, finishing all units by September 2025 with no issues at any stage. All work was passed, positive feedback was received, and I was formally confirmed as having completed the qualification.

There was no actual teaching involved — the course consisted mainly of links and written materials, which I worked through independently. Despite this, I met all requirements quickly and without needing support.

I was told the External Quality Assurance (EQA) process would be completed by the end of November and that certification would follow shortly. After November passed, there was no communication at all.

Only after submitting a formal complaint in December did I receive a response, confirming that the EQA had already been completed and that they were “waiting for the certificates to be released by the awarding body.” I was also told my case was a priority.

It is now months after course completion and over a month since that assurance, yet I still have no certificate, no timeline, and no updates. Emails and live chat messages have gone unanswered.

Paying students should not be ignored after completing a qualification that directly affects employment and career progression. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and failure to deliver certification within a reasonable timeframe.

It is an easy to navigate website with many learning opportunities.

A pending issue was resolve by today IT Team Support, and the new courses bought today were activated once the payment was confirmed. This great experience really helps to recovery customer trust and purchase intentions. Having such a lovely team is really of great value for the company.

The team has been incredibly supportive as I begin my course—from their clear communication to the warm and informative introduction call. I’m looking forward to completing my studies and continuing to work with the Global EDU Link team.

Studying with Global Edulink ,improved my employment possibilities and it made me more confident . The structure of the courses , I have chosen ,was not easy but it paid off at the end . It is an affordable learning platform , and it really is professional when it comes to lates market needs . Almost 2 months since I requested a refund, a few weeks since they would “expedite” the request. No communications, no refund, horrible customer service

I completed the Level Diploma in Cosmetology with Global Edulink in 2021 while working full-time. The flexible online platform let me study whenever I wanted, the content was excellent and practical, and the website was easy to use. It perfectly fit my busy life and gave me the qualification I needed. It helped kick start my career, I could earn and work. Highly recommend!

Seeing that Educational Psychology is so accessible for people wanting to further their career is amazing and being able to communicate woth the team is great, they are helpful and quick and responding

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This company gave me wrong information and they took my money and they did not give me back and their mentor called me and shouted at me on the phone.

They was so friendly in the beginning until they take my money and they did not respond me after that.

It is a very nice and relaxing experience. You study on your own time at your own pace. You can go over videos . The course is detailed. You can understand .
You can be equipped for the world of work .

Overall I like my experience with Global Edulink but even passing my course about a year ago,my certification is still pending with Global Edulink and you guys are not even responding to my emails.

ITIL 4 Foundation:

I paid a monthly fee to Global Edulink to be granted a voucher for ITIL 4 Foundation.

After paying the amount I I phoned, emailed and requested help on their website without help to actually getting the voucher.

After a couple of weeks I managed to get an email response from Global Edulink stating they are having "voucher issuing issues" and cannot issue any vouchers at the moment.

This was the start of an back and forth email trail now into it's 25th reply over the last 12 months, after the voucher issuing issue could not be resolved I requested a refund of my funds paid as Global Edulink cannot deliver the service I have paid for. To my horror Global Edulink offered me 60% of my total paid amount back in refund stating the amount they keep is for administrative costs... Yet to understand what administrative cost they are referring too.

But as my luck goes Global Edulink suffered an issue with their refunds and this casued a backlog of all other refunds, while typing this the first refund email was 3 months ago.

I would never recommend Global Edulink to anyone and I remain sceptical about the 5 star reviews.
