I undertook a bsl course. Completed level 1 and 2 after a struggle. Requested bsl 103 for months and received no booking. They have taken my money and now just ignoring me. I feel let down and out of pocket. I've studied hard and have been patient but they have just taken my money. The course is no longer available and they seem to have just shut me down. Not only am I let down but it had impacted on my effort to learn bsl and hindered my progression. Terrible course and I'm now seeking to be compensated because they have failed me. DO NOT DO THIS BSL COURSE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT YOU. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.In a climate where I'm seeking to be part of the signing community to help others and in an environment where the deaf community need this kind of support and require people to learn BSL.just so wrong to treat people this way.

It was a very good learning journey with Global edulink. I purchased a course bundle includes PRINCE2 foundation & practitioner and ITIL4 foundation. All 3 courses are great. High quality learning content and received excellent support. I was able to successfully passed the Prince2 foundation exam recently. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

I recently completed Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma course from global edulink as part of pre-MBA to top up into MBA programme in a University. I was able to obtain admission to a University's MBA fast track programme after submitted all my documents along with this Level 7 Extended Diploma certificate. It is a pleasure and thankful to everyone supported me at global edulink.

On 30th December 2023, courses were offered at a discounted price and the end of the sale was 31st December 2023. When I purchased the course, through Global Edulink website the discounted rate was not there. I purchased it, enquired about the discount to a member of staff and they stated that I am eligible for the discount and that I will receive a refund of the difference.

I wrote an email at the start of February 2024 regarding the refunded discount difference. The course advisor, Michelle Fernandes stated that the company was "actively addressing it". A month later, I followed up, Michelle Fernandes stated again they were "actively addressing it". In April 2024, Michelle Fernandes shared that "We have identified the cause of the delay". Fast forward to 15th October 2024, Michelle Fernandes highlights that "Unfortunately, your refund is currently delayed due to a system delay in the process". Ten months down the line of purchasing the course and the matter has not been resolved. I've only received copied and pasted emails from Michelle Fernandes and no valid explanation. Furthermore, you are unbale to get in contact to a member of staff via the office number nor via WhatsApp. Nothing was done.

On 15 October 2024, I submitted the review and what was written above. On 17th October 2024 Michelle Fernandes emailed the following to me, on behalf of Global Edulink “After considering and discussing with the relevant department we will be processing the refund within the next 24 hours. In the meantime, we consider if you could edit or change your negative review that would be a great help.” (If I could upload the image of the email, I would).

My account details were asked for and I gave them via email. A week goes by, I did not receive the refund, I chased it up three times and there was no sufficient response, the same generic response. Almost a month has gone by, and I did not receive any form of communication or refund.

The way this matter has been dealt with has been atrocious, appalling and insulting.

The course was concise and precise. The information they provided was accurate and it helped me revise my already existing knowledge in makeup. I felt I learned new things/tips from other areas briefly that could help me to see the overall picture of my client's appearance. I also liked the "do it at your own pace" since it didn't affect my everyday schedule much.

Thank you do much Jazeel Faizal, you were so patient and professional explaining the course package and removing any doubt that I was having. I have started the course and I am learning so much. Thank you setting up payment by installment its taken a weight off and allowed me to concentrate on learning.

Global Edulink’s business analysis courses are excellent courses to learn business analysis. I have gained comprehensive learning experience by doing both foundation and practitioner courses with them. I enrolled to this programme as my employer asked and sponsored for me hence it is my current job requirement. It helped me lot more than passing the exam. Practical learning content guided me how it applies to business cases in modern business environments. The course opened my eyes what actually role of business analyst and how this learning I can deliver to my job effectively. Though I passed both exams successfully, my aim is to apply my learning to business cases at my company and I hope this learning will help me to get there.

My name is Shamsudduha Chowdhury Nayeem and recently I pursued a certification of mastering Opera PMS hotel software which is accredited by CPD and IAP. The course has around four hours of learning material including Videos and PDF. Before joining this course I had a short internship in hotel management. where I had a basic idea about how Opera PMS works. But after finishing this certification I am confident that I am totally ready to become 5 star hotel receptionist. I recommend this course to everyone who want enter into 4/5 star hotel industry as a career. I have had the worst experience ever with this company to the extent that I now believe they are possibly running a scam!

I have been chasing my exam voucher for ITIL since May!! They have peddled numerous excuses from the team just being ‘really busy’ to other vague ‘technical issues’.

Other reviews for this company seem to range from ‘best experience ever’ to people with similar experience to mine which seems very suspicious to me.

Please, please, please save yourself the money and stress and look elsewhere!

Our firm has been a long-time customer Global Edulink, but over the last year they've taken our money but not provided any exam vouchers.

Currently we have 4 employees who've spent hours studying for exams they cannot sit (one has been waiting for 10 months now), because this provider has not issued the exam vouchers. We've spent £1000s with Global Edulink and yet when trying to contact them, on the rare occasion we've been able to get a response from someone, we've been given vague answers or funnelled to generic emails where we never heard from them again.

Affordable courses and variety of choices. I purchased level 3 health and social care course and the course is very informative and interesting to learn. I already completed one unit assessment and received its results yesterday and thankful to my course tutor for quick feedback. This is very good course for anyone aspiring career in healthcare sector.

The courses are well sourced and the bundles are excellent value. I would use them for any career progressing courses that I need in the future. The reason its not 5 star is that the whatsapp service is Looong so be prepared to wait
