stale vegetables and metled frozen stuff

They sent frozen items via postNL and everything was almost melted by the time it reached me. there was no information on package about frozen items so delivery boy left the carton at main door of building and left. its a scam as tehy wrap everything in a carton for postNL. on top of that fresh veges are also day old and stale. i am unhappy and will never order again. not recommended

Very good service and a great…

Very good service and a great experience overall. The team was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They responded quickly and made sure everything was clear and easy. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely recommend Global Food Hub to others.

Item came out to be missing in order.

Day 0:
Contacted support , did not receive reply for 2 days .

Day 2 : Contacted Again.
Received a reply that they indeed packed the item.

Day 3 : Asked for packing pictures and indeed they sent me picture of item prepared for packing.

It was very strange that Item was present during preparation of packing , but never made to the box that i opened on delivery.

I don't know what happened in-between, but i never got the item in the box, and since it happened for my first order , i don't have high hopes to make a second order.

Terrible shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery used to be very good but lately it has been terrible. They advertise that the item will be shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 1-2 business days and here I am at 7 days (5 business days) with no information about when I will get my delivery. I ordered last Wednesday and till Monday they hadn't even shipped the package. Reconsider ordering from here if you want quick shipping and delivery.

Very disappointing experience – wrong item and no refund

I received the wrong item in my online order and contacted the store multiple times—by email and even in person. They admitted the mistake and promised a refund, but months have passed and I still haven’t received anything.

The item was clearly shown as in stock at the time of ordering, but after payment, they either didn’t deliver it or sent something else. Instead of refunding, they just added credit to my account without my approval. Getting your money back is extremely difficult, and customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive.

I do not recommend this store, especially for food products. Be very careful before ordering.

There was missing packet from my order and the answer from the support was that we packed all the items and the picture with items lying on the table was given as proof.

Edit: The solution was provided (the amount equivalent to the missing article was credited to my account). Thank you so much team for addressing the problem. It feels good that the customer's satisfaction is duly cared for. I would happily continue to shop from GFH.

Always check order calculations manually

Always check the Calculations while ordering(especially with discount code). From my experience they always have some wrong calculations which I had to report back then receive it as Store Credit.

Disappointing Experience with global

Disappointing Experience with global food hub

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Delivery took longer than expected, and I encountered issues with my order.

They didn't have two items I ordered, promising to replace one with an alternative and refund the other to my bank account. Instead, I received store credit, which is useless since I never plan to shop here again.

I emailed them over a week ago, but they've ignored my message and failed to provide a proper refund. Buyers beware!

Disappointing Experience with Data Entry and Service I recently had a frustrating experience with this company due to poor data entry and service. The autofill feature on their website failed to capture my house number, which I noticed immediately after placing my order. Unfortunately, I couldn't edit the information online. I informed the shipping company, but they still returned the package to the sender. To make matters worse, I had to pay an additional €10for reshipping. However, the system still wouldn't allow me to update my correct address, and the company failed to enter the right address on my behalf. Given these issues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Poor Quality and Service I was really…

Poor Quality and Service I was really looking forward to trying GlobalFoodHub, but my experience was a letdown. The food quality was subpar, with expired and spoiled items in my order. The delivery driver was also rude and unprofessional. When I tried to contact customer service, they took days to respond and didn't resolve my issues. Needless to say, I won't be recommending GlobalFoodHub to anyone.

I was really looking forward to trying…

I was really looking forward to trying GlobalFoodHub, but unfortunately, the food quality was a major letdown. I ordered a meal that was supposed to be freshy prepared, but when it arrived it was cold and tested like it had been siting they were using low quality suppliers. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from GlobalFoodHub again.

I extremely disappointed with Global…

I extremely disappointed with Global Food Hub. I placed an order for and it never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they told me that there was an issue with the delivery driver and that I would receive a refund. However it's been weeks and I still haven't received my refund. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I would not recommend Global Food Hub to anyone.

Disappointing Delivery Experience I ordered groceries from Global Food hub, but the delivery was delayed by two days. The customer service team was unresponsive, and I had to chase them foe updates. The quality of the products was okay, but the delivery experience was disappointing.

Quality Control issue

Quality Control issue. I received a damaged package from Global Food Hub, with several broken jars of sauce. The packaging was flimsy, and it was clear that they didn't take enough care in shipping the items. I contacted their customer support but they took a while to respond and didn't offer satisfactory solution.
