They are scammers.
There are scammers. They scammed us by promising a refund but never provided it. We have been trying to contact them continuously, but they are not responding to our emails and are also not picking up our calls.
Do not buy from them. They will take your money and then stop responding or contacting you.

Dear Bin Ishtiaq,
After reviewing your case, we confirmed that your partner company purchased 10 units of a product from us and later requested a refund. However, the order was not eligible for a refund under our policies.
As a gesture of goodwill, we still accommodated several of your requests and in early February, requested your bank details to process the agreed resolution. Unfortunately, your company became unresponsive despite multiple follow ups.
After approximately 14 weeks, your company contacted us from a different email address, again requesting a refund. By that time, we were unable to accommodate the request due to the storage costs already incurred.
Throughout our communications, including our last correspondence in June, we waived all storage fees as a gesture of goodwill. We have never refused to fulfill your order and remain prepared to ship the goods upon receipt of your shipping labels.
The order remains unshipped solely because the required shipping arrangements have not been provided.

Saved my amazon account by securing a brand authorization for me. Although the process took a while but they remained transparent and professional throughout. I appreciate their dedication and would recommend them to serious online sellers.

Don’t order from them
Don’t order from them. They sell counterfeit products, they have no proof that they get products from brand directs. They claim to be 24/7 online call/customer service, but they don’t pick up or return calls
Update in response:03/13/26:
False again, I asked for a refund due to your product being counterfeit according to Amazon not because I couldn’t sell. I don’t appreciate slander. All I’ve got from my assistant is that you have sent a LOA from global mart authorizing my business to sell the product, but it’s got denied on Amazon. My account has been deactivated and problems arise ever since I purchased wholesale from global mart whole…I haven’t got an update that the product was received/acquired from the actual brand direct and that’s what I’ve been waiting for, but you guys are just delaying constantly. I need an LOA directly from the brand or something that proves authenticity. It’s been over a month now. Until you’re able to fix the situation, this will be my latest update.

We strongly deny your claims. All products we sell are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized B2B distributors or directly from the brands.
We provide verified supply chain documentation to any customer upon request and according to our records, we have already shared an official letter of authorization and invoice with you via email to address your concerns related to your Amazon account.
WE STILL REMAIN OPEN TO VALIDATING THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR ORDER IF AMAZON CONTACTS US ON YOUR BEHALF.
You placed an order with us and received the products at the address provided on prompt delivery time. Now, weeks later you are requesting a return because you cannot sell the items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for reasons unrelated to product issues. Posting a negative review with false claims after we rejected such a request is misleading and unethical.
We accept returns ONLY IF products have any issues from our end for example, if items are damaged or differ from what was ordered.
Regarding customer service, our line operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST. Calls outside these hours may not be answered immediately, but all emails and calls are returned promptly during business hours.
If you have a legitimate concern, please email sales@globalmartwholesale.com with your invoice so we can review and address it.

And if you are not aware of it so plz check in your records, your team did this with us, we are still in wait if you guyz give our money to us.
