GLOBAL PARTS LIMITED Opiniones

I bought a rear light replacement for my X3 from eBay from this company. Advert said it would work as it should and all pictures were accurate, but upon fitting to my car a couple of months later a vital part was not present inside that allowed the running lights to work. This omission of the part was not visible from any pictures or description. Now they will not consider any form of refund as its outside the 60 day warranty. Over £100 wasted. The item was not as described at the point of sale and not fit for purpose.

Right part sent
Fitted works
Great stuff
Will definitely use again
Cheers

Fast and efficient service. Part was as described, and arrived next day as promised.

Brought a bmw x3 seat .quick delivery. But the electrics under neith where not the same .they don't show you a photo of the under neith. When it comes to sending it back they don't give a s..t .they say you have to pay return cost but get no help with sending it back .don't trust this company I've now got to do a charge back to get my money so avoid avoid this company

Brilliant and quick service.

Ordered a replacement gear knob & rear reversing lamp for a Mini One 2013 online, very good communication & parts delivered next day by Royal Mail, would definitely use again.

I cannot fault the service I received from GlobalParts UK. I have two parts for my Mercedes SLK, a centre console with glovebox and trim for Vario-roof controls. The price advertised was significantly cheaper than other parts suppliers and they were in stock. I placed my order and they arrived the next day. The parts were incredibly well packaged to ensure safe delivery and they were in fantastic condition with very few signs of use or the removal process.
I won't hesitate to buy again from and recommend GlobalParts Express. Thank you.

Excellent, price, shopping experience and delivery service. Will shop here again!

Dx Express we're the courier, they have lost the part, so atm I am hugely out of pocket....

Fantastic service, ordered 12 O’clock Saturday, delivered 8.30 Sunday morning

Great service

Great service fast delivery
highly recommend
Will do business with them again

I bought a spare part and it was delivered the next day. I then realised I didn't need it and was able to return it and get a refund with no problem. Excellent customer services and good communications all the way.

Great company. Very good on communication and assistance. Products arrived well packaged and in good condition. Would use again and i recommend.

Replacement electric window mechanism exactly as required and working well, at a fraction of new price. Very good service - ordered Thursday evening, delivered on Saturday, well packaged.

Reasonable prices for used BMW parts and next day delivery. I have made three purchases recently and the service is excellent. Global Parts are now my first place to look for used parts for my old X5.

Arrived well packaged and in very good condition.
Perfect part and a perfect fit.

Great service Fast delivery recommend

Purchased via eBay, glass for a door, price was really good and delivery was quicker than advertised, packaged well and in excellent condition, would use again without hesitation.

They had a used part that I needed (VW Group Alarm Siren) for £14 including delivery.....it arrived quickly and worked/fixed the problem perfectly.
