Horrible ! Never again !

Pray that you will receive what you requested and will not have to deal with their customer service people answering the email at support@ . It the worse thing i ever had to deal with…when you are lucky to get an answer !! It started beginning of november and i am still stuck trying to get my issue fixed !

I would give zero stars, but I can't! I ordered a pair of boots online, got an email saying the order was confirmed, less than 12 hours later, got another email saying
Order #### was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded.
I emailed their customer service, and they said they have no idea when my account will be refunded, and refuse to answer my emails. Now, I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card company. STAY FAR AWAY from this business!!!!!

Always Reliable & Great Value!

Highly recommend if you're looking for dependable footwear at great prices.

I've been shopping at GLOBO for years, and they never disappoint! They always have a great selection at prices that are hard to beat.

Love that this is a Canadian (Quebec) company too! It feels good supporting a business that’s close to home.

Very bad service at plateau store

I had to change shoes as the size is not good. As it’s à VENTE FINALE they refused to let me change the size. I did only ask for changing the size and I did not ask for remboursement. The manager ignored me and didnt Even accept to lissen to my request.

vieni in negozio... la fiera del disordine e della disorganizzazione

Ho indicato al Customer Care il numero di modello di una scarpa Softy (loro produzione) che stavo cercando.
Ok, mi hanno risposto dicendo che era fuori catalogo.

Ma quando ho chiesto se potevano indicarmi un modello simile, essendo Softy una loro marca, mi hanno risposto di andare in negozio a vedere.

Che assistenza è?

Alla mio appunto sul servizio, senza farmi attendere i 10 giorni che ci hanno messo prima per dirmi "vai a vedere", quindi hanno subito risposto commentando: "comprendiamo il suo punto di vista, che per fortuna rimane un puntino nel mezzo di tante recensioni positive."

Questo riguardo alla competenza e alla cortesia dell'assistenza online.

Quanto invece al punto vendita: molto gentili, ma assurdo: fornisco marca e numero del modello e mi rispondono che possono cercare i prodotti solo tramite codice a barre...
... ma se ho il codice a barre, vuol dire che ho la scatola, ovvero che ho già il prodotto in mano.

Quindi hanno millemila mq di esposizione ma se gli dico che cerco la scarpa Softy del modello xxx taglia xxx... anche loro mi dicono di andarmela a cercare in tutte le corsie.

Horrible service at Vaughan Mills mall

I went to Vaughan Mills store to return a pair of boots bought online, they were so rude about the whole transaction. Like if they kept being difficult I would just keep the boots that are a size too big for me. They hated that I paid via paypal and kept acting like it was a problem until they figured it out and not a “sorry for your troubles”… it’s this new generation of kids that don’t want to work or help or do anything at all.

I ordered boots from the store 1 year…

I ordered boots from the store 1 year ago and stupid me I gave them my email address. i was told it was only for tracking. I have been harassed with emails ever since. I've tried to unsubscribe but it never worked. I went to the store and they told me that the main store/branch will have to help me, they cannot. I called twice and was told that their IT person will have to take care of it, but it never happened. i will never shop there again, their customer service sucks!!!

Rude and unprofessional

Ordered shoes online, 10 days later they got sent to a store that is closed down. I wasted my time and gas going to the store. I contact customer service, the lady refunds me and abruptly ends the chat. Great customer service guys.

I ordered 2 pairs of winter boots for…

I ordered 2 pairs of winter boots for my sons on their online site (160$ total) and I never received any confirmation email from them, neither a phone call. It’s been over 2 weeks now, they already charged me on my credit card still no answer from them, no boots for my sons….Never order online from them, it’s a total rip off, and bad customer service.

no customer service available online or…

no customer service available online or via phone, been on hold for almost 2 and half hours and still havent gotten any answers. ordered shoes over 1 week ago and still havent gotten a tracking or an update or anything and it still says it hasnt been shipped but when i paid it said 2-5 days to receive. they gladly took my money and now they don't provide any updates or service.

Edit : so i was finally able to get some help via facebook
And finally got the order so i have cha fed my original 1 star to 3 star
Not giving more stars because it really was hard to get help and it was not a great experience and i dont plan on ordering online wver agin with them.but still wanted to mention it ended up being resolved.

Bought a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago and…

Bought a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago and they ripped. Tried to get reimbursed at the store at Dix 30 and they refused. What awful service and policy. I will never shop there again. I waisted $65.00. Please beware before buying shoes at Globo!!!
