Scam - they offer interesting parts that are elsewhere hard to find at reasonable prices. However, they don’t deliver nor are they reachable. I luckily got my money back because of PayPal customer protection. I wonder why the financial transaction companies still offer service for that website. If you want to save you from trouble and financial loss, stay away from this shop.

Scam - they take the money, but are not reachable and do not send the part.

I paid for a part to my bianchi back in July. I have now sent 7 or 8 emails asking (including trying to contact them through their website) for my money back, due to the fact that i have neither recieved my product nor got any contact of any sort. They scammed me.

The business owner does not have a definite closing date, but he is deleting his product and refunding consumers as possible. Some past consumers received refunds after filing a BBB complaint. To date, nine consumers have not received refunds. BBB urges consumers to use extreme caution when considering shopping with this business

Ordered a Bianchi Impulso Gravel (e-bike) retail cost $4995 September 2022. When bike arrived it had to be assembled and there were no instructions or guides. Called the company and was told there were no instructions and I should contact a local bike company for assistance. Once I got it assembled I could not activated the e-motor due to a firmware error. I have since left numerous messages via phone and email and several weeks later I still have not heard from them. Frustrating and downright wrong that I spent that much money and cannot get the bike to operate. Posting this so hopefully others won’t go down this same road of frustration!

Glory Cycle has very poor communication between current customer on orders placed...been waiting for an order place 4 months ago. If I had not inquired about my order recently, they informed me that the item is no longer available. This was not the only time communication was their problem, before placing an order for a bike frameset...I wanted to confirm what was shown on their website was what I would be getting (Glory Cycle confirmed). But once I received my order it was not as shown...after questioning my order was only offered 4.5% ($150 store credit) of my order amount for their mistake. Another purchased showed the item was in-stock, but after a month of waiting I got an email indicating it was back-order and I would have to wait another 3 months to get what I wanted. They did offer me a more expensive model, but that's not what i ordered or wanted!
