I have Apple Pay so payment was quick when ordering . I will definitely buy directly now as I found this brand few years ago from salon direct. But they don’t always have my favourite colour buff in stock. So I will now go directly to youse. Great products great company great delivery + ordering Thank you !!

Heat lamp
Go to my regular nail lady who has started using glossify, all been good except the lamp!!!
Burning nails as it’s so hot- she has reached out for a refund so just be aware. I’m not the only client that’s had this! Ridiculously hot

Please note, if a lamp is causing severe heat spike, it may have a technical fault as with any electrical goods. If a lamp is within warranty, this can be resolved with a refund or replacement.

So polite and kind!
I had an issue with my order not being delivered (at no fully of their own!) and they resolved it instantly, so polite and kind, first time purchasing with glossify and certainly won’t be the last!

I Only use glossify, and they’re always so quick to help and solve any issues. Package arrived with an item missing. From me emailing, them responding, and them getting item sent out and confirmed, was all done within an hour. Thankyou.
The only thing I wished they did do, was hard gel in pots. Xx

I’ve recently rebranded to Glossify from another well known brand and can honestly say, the quality is completely the same… if not better!
The only thing I wish Glossify did, is naturabuild in pots!
