Timely and efficient annual service of boiler. Dave G turned up on time, was very friendly and approachable, did a good thorough job, and left leaving the site tidy and job done.

Gloucester Plumbing and Heating installed underfloor heating in our dining room last year. This worked well from the start but we did have issues with it ‘ faulting ‘ our existing gas boiler. The company persisted until they found a solution at no extra cost. Their employees were always pleasant and helpful .

We have two gas boilers and the annual service visit was easy to book. The work was carried out by Dave G who was friendly, personable and clearly very experienced from our conversation. He arrived on time and was very thorough and quite happy to explain his observations. Many thanks.

Paris was efficient Knowledgeable and courteous, and asked if we had anything else wrong with heating system, that he would have looked at.
He wore shoe protectors as a matter of course.

My new boiler was fitted by Dave and Finley. They did an excellent job of fitting the boiler and left no mess in the work area. I received a full explanation of how to use my new boiler and thermostat when the job was completed.

Dave G was fantastic servicing our boiler. No question was too much trouble for him and he explained everything. He discovered we needed a part changing due to wear and tear and compared that to the brand new part replacement so I could see for myself the difference. I would highly recommend his service! Genuine and honest customer service!

Paris, the plumbing & heating engineer arrived within the scheduled time and was very polite. He worked in a methodical manner and gave good advise on the optimal settings for the boiler.
I will not hesitate in using GP&H Ltd in the future.

The Engineer was very Polite and Professional showing that he cared to get things right. I am a Mechanical Engineer myself and it was a pleasure to see this Engineer working so methodically. Very helpfull chap with things in his way too.

I was initially reluctant to use a company (as opposed to an individual who I could get to know) but every time I've had cause to use GP&H its been very positive....everyone I've seen has been polite, efficient, informative and listened to everything I've said. Today Paris came to service my boiler; he explained everything he was doing, got on quietly, cleared up after himself and asked if there was anything else that I needed checking before he left...outstanding service, thanks so much

We were introduced to Gloucester plumbing & heating by our builder. All I can say is fantastic, the engineer John was a pleasure to have in the house and his work was of the highest quality. He moved a boiler, two radiators and plumbed in a new toilet and sinks.

I can’t recommend Gloucester Plumbing & Heating highly enough. They replaced our bathroom, en-suite, wc and shower room. Also re-flooring the hallway too. The quality of the work is outstanding. Zak, Harvey and the apprentices have been real professional and have kept the disruption to our lives to a minimum, as I work from home this was so important.Harvey has kept us up to date with any changes necessary to the original spec and on all progress made during the project. The guys are incredibly hard working and conscientious, and a credit to the company. Thank you everyone

After waking up to a cold house and boiler not working I assumed the worst. After speaking to Sarah in the Office, she managed to get an Engineer out the samw day which I was really pleased about. On John's arrival he was very friendly and came in, and got straight on with taking the boiler apart. He found the fault and got it sorted in no time. All tested before leaving making sure everything was tidy.

3 times they came out to me each time someone different and each time they told me something different. Valiant came to look and said what they had done was illegal but they still took my money. Tried ages to get my money back and they left me with a dodgy illegal boiler for weeks

Our son went to this company for work experience and to say it was a shambles is an understatement. The engineers he was paired with were bullies. They made him feel so uncomfortable from the start and proceeded to put the frighteners on him they even locked him out of the van. Disgusting company. I asked for the directors to call and I’ve never heard from them. Do not send your lads here who want to become plumbers

Worst experience ever. I’ve previously left a review about my experience and they’ve had it removed because they’re embarrassed of their poor service. An engineer did some work for me and request cash which I paid for. I had no correspondence until they started chasing me for money and threatening me with court. They then added £60 court fees on top of that. Shame on them for employing thieves and blaming customers for this. DO NOT USE.

I had a plumbing issue so I contacted Gloucester Heating and Plumbing. Arrived and resolved the problem could not of asked for a more professional experience.

The work that was carried out was very good. The plumber that carried out the work was friendly and considerate of keeping our carpets clean and took off his shoes. Overall very good experience.

We've used this company before and it has always been our 'go to plumbers'. We experienced a problem with the work a member of their team did for us. I rang to complain and within hours a plumbing team arrived at our property. Not only did they resolve the problem, they were apologetic, polite and very professional. If I could give 10/10 I would. This company's response has given me renewed belief in old fashioned customer service. Thoroughly recommended.

GPH have been excellent in all respects from fitting an en-suite bathroom, new radiators, repairing toilets and laying flooring, to annual gas service checks. I have used their services for many years and would highly recommend to anyone.
