Awful service
This is completely unacceptable. Almost every order arrives with missing items, and it’s clearly not a one-time mistake but an ongoing issue.
What makes it worse is the lack of proper customer support. The app does not allow you to contact an advisor, which feels like a deliberate way to avoid dealing with complaints.
I am paying for items I don’t receive, and there is no easy way to resolve it. This is poor service and a failure in both quality control and customer care.
